Quiet house to rent, between beaches and wild creeks.

House of 50m² between fine sandy beaches and wild coast with its coves.
Close to sailing school and beaches (3 min walk) and town centre (20 min walk or 10 min by bike) offering: Entrance with large dressing room, living room with sofa, tables + chairs and stools, coffee tables, television. Kitchen open to the living room, fitted and equipped: induction hob, oven, fridge. Shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs (access by stairs): three bedrooms, one of which has access by a staircase to one of the bedrooms. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, storage. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, storage. A very attic bedroom with two 80 cm beds that can be glued together. Terrace with full garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue). Enclosed garden. Shared parking space in the residence. Very pleasant house with free tennis in co-ownership, in a quiet and wooded environment.
Direct train between Paris and Le Pouliguen.
Cleaning to be done yourself at the end of the stay or possibility of cleaning option at 65 euros. Possibility of bed linen option 20 euros per bed.
Warning: the collective TV antenna is currently broken.
