Charming Cape Cod Family Getaway. Quiet Street. Near Bay and Ocean Beaches

Charming well maintained 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cape style single family home on a quiet street with large private back yard is just a stroll to a private Englewood neighborhood beach or Lewis Bay public beach. Ocean-side (Sea Gull) Beach off Nantucket Sound, less than a mile away. This home is located on the south side of Rte. 28 in a quiet neighborhood of less traveled connecting streets perfect for afternoon strolls/bike rides. Perfect for friends or family vacationing together since each floor has a Master Bedroom & Full Bath. Back deck with retractable awning and full seating for outdoor meals. Gas grill, fire pit, outdoor shower are just some of the summer comforts.

We provide weekly cleaning service, trash / recycling pickup, and basic landscaping.

We also provide bedding essentials (pillows, blankets, coverlets). Make sure to bring your own linens, i.e. sheets, hand towels, beach towels, kitchen towels or you can arrange with a local linen service.

We provide complimentary hand soap dish soap, sponges and cleaning products.
In addition, complimentary paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper are also provided.

Don't forget to bring your own laundry detergent. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement.

Weekly rent includes utilities / amenities: heat, electric, cable TV, streaming & Internet access). No smoking allowed in the house.

Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. 10:00 AM Check-out, 4:00 PM Check-in.
Security Deposit required to book a preferred week.
Balance due in full 4 weeks prior to scheduled booking.

If booked week is cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to keep the deposit, unless we are able re-rent that booking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Comfortable house in a great location

Our friends and family stay on the Cape every summer and found this property to be an excellent place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house had ample space for two families to relax. The location can't be beat as far as being close to everything to do on the Cape - from Provincetown to the Vineyard. Will strongly consider returning.

My family and I rented the house for a week in July. The house was able to accommodate all 10 of us very comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and was great for taking walks with my grandchildren. They loved seeing all the bunnies running from one yard to another! The backyard was perfect for children because it was completely fenced in. We were able to sit on the spacious deck and watch the kids play. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! We really loved how it is centrally located near all the attractions we like to visit. The owners of the home were exceptionally nice to deal with! I would definitely rent this home again!

Great location & value +

Mike & Vanessa were amazing to work with. They communicated with us throughout our whole visit & were very accomodating. The central air was not working when we arrived but they had already gone in and put in ac in all the bedrooms and called for a repair man to come in on Monday to get it fixed right before the 4th of july. They answered any questions we had and everything was just as we expected. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

We loved it!

House was a great setup, perfect for kids, parents and grandparents. Amazing fenced in backyard, spacious upstairs bedrooms, close proximity to all west Yarmouth has to offer!

All 3 generations loved the house, the large yard, and the neighborhood. Short walk to small beach. Easy, short commute to others. Great area for biking. The owners were great and very easy to communicate with. Only complaint was the week flew by!

Enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and activities.

It was very relaxing to come back from the beach and have a nice yard for the kids and wannabe kids to play in. Nice quiet street. Close to our nightly visits to Cape Cod Creamery. Everyone from 1 to 68 had a great experience.

Excellent location and accomodation

We really loved our stay here. There was more than enough room for our two families, we loved the living room and outdoor shower especially and how close it was to a number of beaches. Every morning we'd walk down to Seagull beach and swim, which was heaven. The house is also very close to shopping, restaurants and mini golf. Not to mention ice cream! A really quiet and pretty street, a huge garden for the kids and a big driveway for our two cars. It was everything we needed. One last thing, Mike and Vanessa made the rental process easy and fun. I would recommend this house.
