Situated at the north end of the Cape; it’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, and just 200 steps to the sand and water’s edge. Swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and Bay.

*The ground floor has parking for up to 4 cars, a large outdoor shower and a patio with a gas grill. There is a private master suite with its own entrance, dedicated shower and a wet bar with a refrigerator. The home resides in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach access. The landscape is natural and relaxed with a short walk to the water's edge.

*The second level includes the main living area with kitchen, dining, family and laundry room and three bedrooms. There is a king master suite which includes a large walk-in tiled shower and quartz vanity. The two guest rooms share a beautifully appointed bath with tiled tub/shower and quartz vanity. One guest room offers a king bed and the other features two twins.

*The back deck provides a venue for relaxing and taking in the gulf view. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, range and plenty of quartz counter space. The home includes an HDTV in the living room and all bedrooms. Cable programming and wifi are included.
