Welcome to High Tides & Good Vibes, a stunning new construction 4 BR/ 4.5 Bath townhome located in the desirable Seacliffs gated community on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable coastal memories, this spacious beach getaway comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. House is equipped with its  own elevator for effortless access between floors--perfect for groceries, luggage, and guests of all ages.

The pool is just right outside the unit along with a playground and greenspace. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes with a boardwalk and ramp down to the sand.

Seacliffs is a unique place on the North end of the Cape that gives you easy access to the beach, a community pool, and close access to the state park for boating, fishing, and sight seeing.

What makes this property unique

High Tides and Good Vibes is one of the newer units in the community. It really lays out well for families and even multiple families to vacation together and not feel tight on space. Our units is one of the few in the community with (3) AC units which is a great feature for the summer time heat! The convenient access to the pool, some of the prettiest water on Cape San Blas make for a great combination! We look forward to hosting you!
