Nice house, conveniently located

This house is close to the Institut Gustave Roussy, which is why we chose it. It’s pretty close to a Franprix, drugstore, newsagent, bakery, ATM (10min walk) and has a couple parks around (less than 20 min walk). The house itself is nice. The plus sides: The landlord is very responsive, and lives next door. Large living room and master bedroom. Very clean. Warm, both the ambiance and temperature. You can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the top room. In winter, the veranda doubles as a nice huge cold storage room for vegetables and drinks Well equipped. The minus sides: Tiny bathroom Garden is fairly small Sound proofing isn’t great, you can hear both neighbours as well as street level noises, wooden floors are squeaky.

Es hat prima gepasst.

Wir wollten eine schöne Woche mit der 4köpfigen Familie in Paris verbringen und das hat auch geklappt. Die Unterkunft war prima. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Alles war sauber und wir hatten genügend Platz. Man benötigt etwa 20 min.bis zur U-Bahn, aber das war kein Problem. Für den Rückweg haben wir sogar noch einen Bus nehmen können, der fast vor der Haustür hält. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Jolie maison confortable et bien aménagée.

Proche du centre de Paris en metro, confort (literie au top), aménagement au complet, extérieur, propriétaire sympa, très propre et calme. A recommander.

Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert, auch wenn mein Französisch stark eingerostet war. Für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie ist es eine gute Unterkunft, die wirklich hält, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
