You will love it. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Amazing View. Large Movie Room on lower level. Large main floor living area with adjoining kitchen and dining. Very spacious. From the moment you start up the long private driveway you will begin to feel at home. The thrill of staying in this custom built cabin that's now "all yours" will continue as you enter the main level and you gaze at the breathtaking view. Truly one of kind!!!
Three levels and two large living areas with a very spacious deck. More than 3600 square feet of spacious mountain living.
Main floor has master king bedroom suite, beautifully furnished with flat screen. Bedroom has sitting area and gas fireplace. There is also a queen sized bedroom with hall bath on this floor. Sleeper Sofa in living room and one in master suite as well.
Upstairs is a spacious loft area with queen bedroom and sitting area. Amazing view right from your bedroom.
Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and a hall bath. There is also a fabulous movie room with comfy leather furniture and a dry bar for snacking and enjoying your favorite TV shows. Behind the movie room is a beautiful room filled with windows and a game table - what an incredible space to just sit and ..........play. Hot tub is on the deck off the lower level with spectacular mountain views. Total privacy. Beautiful, spacious 5 person tub, very spacious. You will thoroughly enjoy the relaxation with the view while enjoying the hot bubbles and jets in this delightful hot tub. 60 in 1 Two person Retro Arcade table with all your favorite games like Galaga, Donkey Kong, Pacman and many more. Vintage multi cade. Loads of fun for all ages. Gas Firepit available for your enjoyment outside. 3615 Square Feet of beautiful living space for your enjoyment!
The views are breathtaking and it's in such excellent condition you will think it is brand new. We hope you will enjoy it and feel at home in this your "home away from home". Located just across the street from our Among the Clouds (4/4) and around the curve from another of our larger homes, convenient for groups: 4Rest Creek Retreat (4/4)
Pinnacle View has a Generac generator for those times in the Smoky Mountains when the power goes out - yes it does happen. It provides automatic stand by power to keep heat/air working as well as other appliances. It does not keep the hot tub working (it stays hot for quite a while by itself though). This is a big plus when you are on vacation. Always bring your own flashlight, just in case.
