The living room features a large sofa and love seat that you comfortably melt into as you enjoy the stone gas log fireplace and majestic native creatures that adorn the rafters. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen awaits with granite countertops in perfect order for preparing a delectable meal for a group large or small. French doors open up to 2 decks with rocking chairs, loungers and an additional outdoor Jacuzzi that are waiting for you & your guest to soak up the scenic mountain landscape. Downstairs you will find a living room the other two master suites that open up to the game room. This is a great spot to gather for an evening in, complete with arcade games and large smart TV. Our family had a lovely time at this rental. It was close to all the Gatlinburg attractions but far enough from the crowds. We were very comfortable in the 4 spacious suites, the three outdoor spaces and the wide open kitchen and den areas. The house was also very clean, inside and out, which was important to our family traveling with a toddler. The parking was tight with our 3 cars on the weekend days due to the proximity to the other rentals, but this was easily worked around.

The cabin was nice, the hot tub was low on water and needs to be cleaned, but we still used it. The only problem I had , was that we had 9 people for a full week and accumulated a lot of garbage I called housekeeping number about geting it emptied out, bit didn't get a response . We had to do some serious cramming of garbage when we left. I would still recommend this place It was convenient to the trolley and some good restaurants at the bottom of the hill. We had a great time.

Sam and I enjoy traveling and quality family time. In addition to raising our four kids, four dogs and two parrots we both own businesses which demand a lot of time and focus. I am broker in charge of Greenwood Realty Inc. with two office locations and 25 agents. Sam owns Retro Brand apparel and Bay Island Sportswear which manufactures apparel for global distribution. When we have the rare opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other and our kids we head to the Mountains or Lake Greenwood for cherished family memories.

Location is always our 1st consideration when purchasing vacation rentals because we know we can change everything but the location... and rest assured we always build or renovate our properties with the finest finishes and touches that make our stay as special as we want yours to be!
