Cet appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Propreté, disponibilité du propriétaire, literie impeccable, tout a été fait pour que nous puissions passer d'agréables vacances. le garage est un car des parque-mètres partout dans Koksijde.

Es scheint gerade frisch gestrichen worden zu sein... Im Bad an der Decke Schimmel. Die Betten sehr schmal und schmuddelig. Die Geräte in der Küche, Backofen, Heisswasserg., Kaffeemaschine, mussten erst entkalkt und von uns Gereinigt werden, Geschirrspüler wurd von uns nicht genutzt. Alles in allem Ok in der Wohnung und nutzbar. Gegenüber wurde eine ganz neue Baustelle eröffnet mit Krach ab 8.00 Uhr, Fangen gerade mit den Anschlüssen an. Da wird es die nächsten Mon., Jahre lustig.

bemerkenswert schöner aufenthalt

schönes, helles, geräumiges appartment, zweckmässig eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht; sehr preiswert. die einfahrt zur garage für ein grösseres auto etwas schwierig, aber machbar. mit der technik des fernsehers hatten wir probleme. - es hat uns sehr gefallen.

nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé, bien situé, proche de la digue et quartier calme à la fois. Contacts avec le propriétaire via Abritel qui est une plateforme très bien organisée. merci

Super appartement

Nous sommes très contents d’avoir loué cet appartement et sommes prêts à le louer à nouveau. La literie était impeccable et nous apprécions particulièrement cela. Le propriétaire est extrêmement disponible. La situation était parfaite. Nous sommes donc très heureux de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup

Location et situation très agréables et ludiques

Appartement bien situé et très spacieux. Seul petit bémol manque une machine à laver sur place surtout quand on il y a de très jeunes enfants, même si des laveries sont aux alentours.

En tout point conforme à l'annonce

Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est à disposition. La situation est nickel et la présence du garage est un gros plus. Le lave vaisselle est très appréciable. Attention que le lit de 2 personnes est en 140 donc pour les personnes qui, comme moi, ont l'habitude dun grand lit cest juste. L'appartement était un peu poussiéreux mais je pense que c'était dû à la conjoncture qui a dû lui empêcher d'être récemment loué. Rien de dramatique.

Appartement très agréable, en ordre, lumineux, bien équipé, confortable. Conforme aux photos et annonce. Proche de tout à pied : très proche de la mer (1 min) et des commerces, brasseries, restaurants... Seul point négatif, petite entrée de garage pas accessible avec notre véhicule break : pente raide (bas de caisse touchant le sol...) mais parking payant très proche ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires
