Our family truly loved this vacation home! Three generations from three states gathered here for a wonderful family vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, great shopping, and restaurants throughout the island and Sea Pines.The heated pool was especially wonderful with our toddler, allowing us to enjoy the pool while she napped or went to bed early. The well-equipped, single-level home was also perfect for our older family members and gave us plenty of space to enjoy time together.We highly recommend renting bikes—the trail right across the driveway made getting to the beach so easy!We’re so grateful Jonathan and his family share this wonderful home with others.

Very much enjoyed our stay and Jonathan was very helpful and open to communication. We loved the pool complex and outdoor living area. Providing a Hulu subscription was also greatly appreciated. Good assortment of kitchen equipment allowed for easy meal prep and cooking.

Great stay! Worked well for 4 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 tween. Had a pool issue but owner was great about getting it fixed and usable again for us. Great house!

All aspects of our stay were fantastic. Instructions and details of the amenities were Perfect. Very clean, loved having 4 en-suite bedrooms. Hot tub was perfect. Thank you to the host for keeping the pool and hot tub heated for us during a cold spell. Would love to stay here again!!

Great House in Sea Pines!

Would highly recommend - the house was awesome, the host was responsive, super helpful and so easy to work with. Awesome heated pool, the house well stocked with everything for a large family gathering. Wed stay again, no hesitation!

Perfect trip

Everything was perfect about this home. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful walking trails all around. It had all amenities and was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose this house again for my visit to Sea Pines!

HHI vacation

We have stayed at this property three times and it is fantastic for our family. Great location for bike rides to South Beach, Harbor Town and Coligney and the beach. Away from the traffic further north on the island. Absolutely love this property and plan on future vacations here as well.
