Timeshare Rental, HUGE Saving for the Christmas week! (online booking: $325/night for the 2 BR villa)

For RENT is 7 days/6 nights 2-Bedroom Villa. SPRING BREAK WEEK

The occupants must abide by all resort regulations (e.g. no smoking). It is a family resort with security personnel and quiet evenings. The occupant must supply a valid credit card at check-in to cover services and/or damages by the occupants.

I am the timeshare owner, and the reservation is currently in my name. I will call the resort after the payment transaction is completed (with your complete information) to tell them to change the reservation in your name. An official Vistana electronic copy of the confirmation under your name will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.

NO timeshare presentations are required for you to attend. You must be 25 years or older to rent this unit. No refund is offered.

Terms:

1. This timeshare rental is a weekend between 4/20/19 (Saturday check-in) and 4/27/19 (Saturday check-out)
Check-in time: after 4:00 PM
Check-out time: before 10:00 AM
2. You will be required to show I.D. and have a credit card for security reasons. The reservation will be transferred into your name and you will be responsible for the proper care of the unit while staying in it. You are responsible for extra services like long distance phone calls, security boxes, cleaning, etc. You must be of legally responsible contractual age to rent this unit. (25 yrs. or older or you will not be allowed to use the room.).
3. Villa number is assigned at the check-in (this is the resort policy)
