Welcome to the quintessential Palm Springs experience. Located in the highly sought after, exclusive neighborhood of Indian Canyons. This home is located on the 11th hole of North Course of The Indian Canyons Golf Resort. Enjoy the majestic views of the Andreas & Murray Canyons at your doorstep.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty separation of space for everyone to enjoy. The master suite, with patio access, is privately located on the south end of the home, bedrooms 2 & 3 are located in the middle of the home while bedroom 4 is secluded on the north end of the home. There is a separate family room off the kitchen for watching TV and a cozy fireplace in the living room for entertaining your guests in style. Unleash your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen or transform into a mixologist in the custom sunken bar off the dining & living room. In late 2023 all 3 bathrooms were completely updated, new flooring thru out, all furniture was reupholstered, new sliding doors, windows and so much more.

The completely renovated pebble tech pool & spa await you for the ultimate in relaxation. Mountain views abound from every angle in the spacious backyard overlooking a lush golf course and several canyons for hiking or horseback riding.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

Family Get Together

Beautiful home and furnishings. Beautiful pool with fantastic views of the mountains. My family of 6, visiting for a week, had plenty of comfortable space, very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We could not have been happier with our luck of finding this place. Location is perfect in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood. Thank you to the owner for sharing your wonderful home. Hope to stay again on our next visit.

Great house in a great location

My husband and I wanted to take our 80 year old moms away for Christmas and this house was perfect. It's so spacious, beautifully decorated, and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked many meals. The pool is LOVELY. We had it heated and were in it every day for over 1.5 hours. The neighbor's oranges and pomelos dripping over the hedge were so tempting! The house has a beautiful view and the area is tucked away from the hustle of the Coachella Valley so it is very peaceful. The quick drive to central Palm Springs made dining out and sightseeing a snap. The property managers were responsive and organized, and we enjoyed some beautiful hikes in Indian Canyon which is right at the doorstep. Highly recommend this home for a Palm Springs vacation.

Paradise in Palm Springs

Property was better than pictured. Great for a quiet family getaway. Indoor and outdoor areas were great for a family gathering and relaxing around the pool. Jerry was excellent to work with, our family will be back. We've been to Palm Springs multiple times, this by far was our best experience.

Winter get away

Spent a week at this property to get out of the cold and snow. Check-in process was virtual and very straight-forward. Property was exactly as listed and in a great location, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and lots of outdoor activities. The home had many furnishings and supplies we haven't seen with other rentals, lots of cookware and dishware, linens and toiletries, etc.

Wonderful home, incredible backyard and view

We spent one month at this home with two young children and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, within minutes of downtown Palm Springs, grocery, drugstore, etc. The house is well maintained and managed and the property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The backyard area is fantastic - beautiful grass, mountain views and a heated pool and jacuzzi. Also, the layout of the house was nice to allow for everyone to have some privacy. We would be excited to stay here again!

This property has beautiful views of the mountains, the pool is beautiful and the sun shines on you all day long. The inside of the home has good space. The kitchen is well equipped with very new appliances. The tv's are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The home is dated. Other than the appliances, it appears there hasn't been any upgrades in furniture, flooring, bathrooms.

Best Desert Vacation Place

I have vacationed in PS since I was 12. I am a middle-aged adult now. :) This house is described perfectly. It’s impeccably clean, and fully stalked with all that is needed. The owners have painstakingly thought of everything and decorated it thoughtfully. This house should be occupied by those who are respectful of another person’s belongings and value good taste. I plan to never rent another property (ie only rent this one) when I’m in PS. Thank you.

Perfect Pool Home With Perfect Views!

Loved this home for a relaxing weekend with friends. The pool & backyard views are amazing!! Backyard is setup to enjoy sun, but also provide plenty of shade when needed. Comfortable bedding for all four couples. Well equipped kitchen so you can eat in with big round table to accommodate your group. Grocery, shopping & restaurants nearby. Guys enjoyed golf at South Course Indian Canyon Golf Resort. Will definitely book this one again!
