Soft Contemporary Stylish Home
Stay in this stylish, contemporary home with a mid-century/Hollywood Regency design theme. This home includes a great room with 20' ceilings, designer furnishings, gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit, complimentary Wi-Fi, 3 flatscreen TV's all with DVD's, and 12 - eight foot sliding glass doors throughout the home.
Remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and all of the conveniences. Master suite has Cal king size bed, the other two guest bedrooms both have Cal king beds. Every bedroom has it's own private bath. The house features three full baths and one 1/2 bath. Backyard yard features a saltwater pool (heated at additional cost), 6 cushioned lounges, 2 dining areas, a lounge area (under ceiling fans!) and a stainless steel gas grill. The backyard also has amazing mountain views. There is a 2 car garage, 4+ bikes, and a washer and dryer.
A great alternative to the Parker, Kimpton, Ace, Saguaro and other stylish properties and close to all the attractions in town - stay in a private home with your own pool and simply relax!

Pool Heating charge per night-50$. We will add this charge after you book if you need this for your stay.
