THE VIEW
Enjoy elevated views of the sand, ocean, and pier. You will appreciate wonderful ocean breezes in this corner unit with extra windows and light. D2 - Breakwater Bungalow is located steps away from the sand

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features Corian countertops and stainless steel refrigerator. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your condo. The dining area seats 6 around a beautiful glass table.

LIVING AREAS
This condo features rich furnishings, with a Tommy Bahama feel. The living room has a custom gas fireplace with Travertine surround, 46-inch flat-screen hi-def cable TV/DVD, and plenty of seating for 4+. Sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves or enjoy either a DVD or cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a full en suite private bath and vanity area with a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
D2 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The Master bedroom features a comfortable King bed, cable TV, and ocean views out the window. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full bed, cable TV, and garden views.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D2 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. Our family of five had an excellent time staying in D2 at North Coast Village. We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo was well stocked and had plenty of space for lounging around and making meals for our family. It was clean and had easy access to the complex and downtown Oceanside.

Perfect beach location and view. Loved that beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Very close parking spot was great. Condo needs to be updated a little bit. Towels were a bit musty and bed probably needs replacing or flipped. Overall we loved the visit and would definitely return.

Summer vacation!!!

The unit was very nice, enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening and seeing the ocean,,property is as is in pictures,,did have an issue checking in they did not have my reservation but in the end it all was worked out, property location is really great for accessing the beach or exiting the property and getting to your vehicle in the parking structure ... really enjoyed my stay and would stay again !!!

Oceanside condo

Great location! The beach is right outside the door. Everything was clean, warm and welcoming. It does get hot at night(we stayed the beginning of August) and it’s noisy with the windows open, so bring earplugs. On-the-sand was very responsive and brought a fan promptly. The boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs were so nice to use at the beach. All of the beds were very comfortable. California was beautiful. Thanks for the great location and service On-the-Sand!

Needs an Update

If you are looking for a great value for an ocean view, then this is a great spot. I would have happily paid more to have a condo with new carpet and new furniture. This feels like a unit that the owners are avoiding investing into. Love the property manager and find them easy to work with.

Not enough towels and washcloths. Had to buy some. When you advertise a 2 bedroom has 6 sets, then provide six sets. We came here to vacation, not do laundry. Also please use fitted sheets on the beds. Had to remake one everyday.

This condo is in a good location with lots of sunshine on the deck. This condo is very outdated, the furniture is old and not comfortable at all. The beds are horrible, they tried to put mattress toppers on them and they don't stay on. The dining room chairs are covered in stains and so are the carpets. Heaters didn't work well so had to get a portable heater as we had a few cold days. We love staying at North Coast Village but this unit needs some work.

Not Our First Rodeo

My husband and I have been repeat guests at NCV since 2014. Until this year, our condo of choice had been a penthouse condo in Building A (originally managed by private owners). This year, due to my husband’s health, we opted for a one story corner cottage even closer to the beach. Aside from the unexpected cool weather in early April, my only disappointment was the scarcity of backup bath linens and the recommended solutions of utilizing the laundry facilities or requesting additional towels for a fee.

Great Family Vacation

This is a beautiful location with phenomenal views. The condo was very clean and stocked. It is an excellent choice for a family. My kids loved having their own room. We loved how close it was to the beach. If I had to suggest anything it would be to update the living room furniture, but that would not stop me from staying here again! Thanks for a great time!

Northcoast Village Condo D2

The rented condo had a good location and worked well for us. The lighting was weak and the bulbs flickered (older fixtures). Unfortunately, the unit was undergoing a refurbish with new siding and roofing; but property management was kind to us to compensate for the inconvenience. Thank you
