Breathtaking ocean views from the minute you step into the unit. Feel the ocean breeze, hear the crashing waves, and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the deck. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and wood-grain porcelain floors. It is fully equipped for cooking with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, small kitchen appliances, and all the comforts of home. You will also find some of the basics such as sugar, salt, and condiments. The dining table seats 4 comfortably.

The bath has beautiful designer tile with separate vanity area and a large storage closet for suitcases, beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, & cooler), and more. Extra hooks make it great for hanging towels, sweaters, etc. Cozy up on the sectional and relax in front of the fireplace in the beautifully updated space. The queen size bed features a Sleep Fit Plush Top, Medium Firm mattress. Cable and hi-speed internet are included and there is 24 hour security with a designated reserved parking space in a covered garage.

Just Beachy is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. The complex is situated on several acres of well-maintained, lush tropical grounds. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping-pong, Foosball, a fitness center with sauna, barbecue areas, and laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, Koi pond, putting green, and year-round heated pool and spa, or a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque harbor which features several excellent restaurants and unique shops. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. Take a stroll on the Strand to the Oceanside Pier, one of the largest wooden piers in California.

Nearby, you will find the California Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and coastal walking and bike trails. The Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Within a short distance, enjoy other attractions such as San Diego Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum, Coronado Island, Legoland, Mission San Luis Rey, Mission San Juan Capistrano, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, the Flower Fields of Carlsbad, Disneyland, Petco Park, Anaheim Stadium and more!

Everything about our stay at “Just Beachy” was perfect! Lorraine was the best host of any property I’ve ever stayed at. She truly cared about making sure we had everything we needed and was amazing to communicate with. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and inviting. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. We had everything we needed for our five night stay, from the kitchen to the beach gear there was nothing more we could have asked for. We had an amazing stay at Just Beachy! The ocean views from the living room and balcony were breathtaking — we counted nearly a hundred surfers riding the waves. Binoculars made the views even better, and sunsets from the beach were spectacular. The unit was immaculately clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sectional, and comfortable queen bed. Laundromat was easy to access, and Lorraine’s communications and tips for rainy day activities were appreciated. The location is perfect, close to the pier, harbor, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing, scenic oceanfront getaway!

This is really an excellent spot. There are plenty of walk-able restaurants nearby at the Harbor, and a very close drive if you prefer different places to eat. The view from the balcony is just at the pictures show and the beach is really just steps away. The communication with the host is excellent. The entire property is very lush with tropical plants and everything is very well maintained. I would stay here again!

My overall rating of this property is 10/10! Amazing breathtaking views! Condo is fully equipped with all your needs. It is extremely clean and comfortable and very Beachy. Condo is perfectly located, walking distance to everything and yet very quiet and quaint. Can’t wait to return to Just Beachy. Lorraine is an amazing host. We had many questions oncec we arrived in Oceanside regarding getting around, where to go etc etc and Lorraine would get back to us instantly. I’m already looking forward to returning!!

We live have lived in Atascadero for over 30 years. Both of us have family ties to southern California. We are so excited about this property and all there is to do here at this special place, not to mention the views! It is our dream come true to own a place on the beach. We've worked hard and are still a few years from retirement. Larry has been a physical education teacher, coach and athletic director for his entire career, 30 years being at a small private school. I am a GIS/Information Management Administrator for a small private water utility. We have 4 kids and 10 grand kids. We are so grateful to have this place and can't wait to share it with others, where we know memories will be made.

Why they chose this property

A year before we purchased this property, we had booked a stay in this complex. We had known nothing of it until that time. As we walked through the grounds, it felt like we were in Hawaii. The sound of the ocean, the breeze, the lush landscaping, and all of the amenities this place had to offer just blew us away. Little did we know that we would actually be able to purchase a condo in this complex. Through a turn of events, this unbelievable ocean view unit became available just as we were looking. The location is just phenomenal, conveniently located between the harbor and the pier and within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The complex also is about 45 minutes to San Diego or 45 minutes to Orange County by car. There is also a transit center within walking distance and you can hop on a train and spend the day in San Diego or other coastal cities close by, or, take the Anaheim Express and see a baseball game.

What makes this property unique

There is just nothing like coffee on the deck in the morning, watching the sea life, people strolling by, the incredible sights and sounds of the ocean! In the evening, it is very common to experience a spectacular sunset. It is just WOW.
