Breathtaking ocean views from the minute you step into the unit. Feel the ocean breeze, hear the crashing waves, and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the deck. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and wood-grain porcelain floors. It is fully equipped for cooking with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, small kitchen appliances, and all the comforts of home. You will also find some of the basics such as sugar, salt, and condiments. The dining table seats 4 comfortably.

The bath has beautiful designer tile with separate vanity area and a large storage closet for suitcases, beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, & cooler), and more. Extra hooks make it great for hanging towels, sweaters, etc. Cozy up on the sectional and relax in front of the fireplace in the beautifully updated space. The queen size bed features a Sleep Fit Plush Top, Medium Firm mattress. Cable and hi-speed internet are included and there is 24 hour security with a designated reserved parking space in a covered garage.

Just Beachy is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. The complex is situated on several acres of well-maintained, lush tropical grounds. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, ping-pong, Foosball, a fitness center with sauna, barbecue areas, and laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, Koi pond, putting green, and year-round heated pool and spa, or a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque harbor which features several excellent restaurants and unique shops. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. Take a stroll on the Strand to the Oceanside Pier, one of the largest wooden piers in California.

Nearby, you will find the California Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and coastal walking and bike trails. The Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Within a short distance, enjoy other attractions such as San Diego Balboa Park, USS Midway Museum, Coronado Island, Legoland, Mission San Luis Rey, Mission San Juan Capistrano, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, the Flower Fields of Carlsbad, Disneyland, Petco Park, Anaheim Stadium and more!

Great December Getaway!

This condo and NCV grounds were the highlight of our stay! The view from the balcony is so awesom, the pool & hot tub were clean and comfy and the condo felt a beachy home away from home!

Perfect!

Wonderful stay in Oceanside. The apartment is nicely updated, immaculate and very comfortable, with a fantastic view of the beach and in one of the best locations of the entire complex. We have rented quite a few properties from VRBO in the US and abroad, this is by far the best stocked apartment we have ever stayed in, anything you can possibly want is readily available in the unit. The owner was very easy to work with, in touch with updates about the complex and the "property App" provided was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental and we hope to return in the future.

As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe. The location was perfect. Access to the beach and the pool couldn’t have been easier. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. There is nothing better than walking into a condo and the ocean breeze hitting you in the face. The location, cleanliness, and comfort of this condo was top notch. It wasn’t noisy at all and the sound of the ocean at night, we slept like babies. Perfect place for a getaway.

Perfect in every way

When my husband explored the condo and saw the view he exclaimed, "Out of the ball park! You hit a home run with this one!" Step by step directions for parking and check in couldn't have been easier to follow. We had a nice blend of home cooked meals on the deck and exploring restaurants. Sunsets and sunrise from the deck formed lasting memories. We plan to return next year.

As advertised

Lovely little studio with all the amenities you need, including beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, and toys. Proximity to the ocean and the ability to leave the door open all the time to hear the waves is the best part. Can get a little warm and muggy, depending on the weather, and there is no AC or portable AC option which we knew when we rented. Still would take a chance on the weather and stay here again. Just Beachy is just darling.

Our New Favorite VBRO Rental

My husband and I have stayed at many VBROs and Just Beachy has become our new favorite. Not only was the condo well kept, well stocked, and very comfortable, the location was awesome. We were able to walk to the harbor for dinner/drinks, to downtown for lunch/dinner and to the Night Market, and of course we walked the beach and the Strand each day. We also found a golf course nearby (Oceanside Golf Course) where we could rent clubs and get a round in before heading back to winter. Lorraine was very proactive with information before our stay and checked in with us on check in day and during our stay. She was very responsive to all of our inquires. Would highly recommend Just Beachy!

Clean, pleasant, OCEAN, wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. While getting started was a little bumpy, we go it, got settled, realized the advantages of the location and surf, and found it wonderful. We moved from Carlsbad a few years back, to being able to get a simple surf session just out the door was really nice. The owners obviously take good care of the place and were very welcoming. About 10 minutes walk from the Pier and Downtown, about 20 minutes from Lego land, and about 50 minutes from the Zoo and Sea World, depending on what you want, it's a great location. The real question is would I stay again? There is lots of competition in this market, but given a similar price range, yes.

Beautiful and relaxing

My friend and I have very different ideas of vacation - Just Beachy fulfilled all of them! The location is right on the beach, with beautiful views from the lovely balcony, so she was able to go sunbathe and swim all day long, while I was able to go for long walks to the pier and the harbor with relaxing breaks in the condo to read or just people watch. The condo itself had everything we could wish for and more, for both inside enjoyment (full kitchen!, WiFi, games, books) and outside adventures (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.) and it was spotless, with comfortable furniture and many extras. Lorraine was an attentive host who checked in with us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely book Just Beachy again!

We’re convinced we stayed at the best place in Oceanside!! We enjoyed our morning coffee from the deck overlooking the sandy beach and palm trees, watching surfers ride the waves. At night we were pleasantly lulled to sleep by the rhythm of ocean sounds. This condo located on the second floor was beautifully updated and decorated and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to play on the beach, including chairs, towels, umbrella and even toys and playpen for small children. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen, and used the grill which sat next to the private pool and hot tub. It was very conveniently located within walking distance to the harbor and pier, where we ate yummy fresh seafood. There was plenty of room in this studio for this middle aged couple, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it for a family with one or two young children . Owner Lorraine graciously welcomed us via text message upon our arrival and then checked in on us a few times during our stay. There isn’t one thing I would recommend to make it better. It was a perfect vacay!!

My overall rating of this property is 10/10! Amazing breathtaking views! Condo is fully equipped with all your needs. It is extremely clean and comfortable and very Beachy. Condo is perfectly located, walking distance to everything and yet very quiet and quaint. Can’t wait to return to Just Beachy. Lorraine is an amazing host. We had many questions oncec we arrived in Oceanside regarding getting around, where to go etc etc and Lorraine would get back to us instantly. I’m already looking forward to returning!!

This is really an excellent spot. There are plenty of walk-able restaurants nearby at the Harbor, and a very close drive if you prefer different places to eat. The view from the balcony is just at the pictures show and the beach is really just steps away. The communication with the host is excellent. The entire property is very lush with tropical plants and everything is very well maintained. I would stay here again!

We live have lived in Atascadero for over 30 years. Both of us have family ties to southern California. We are so excited about this property and all there is to do here at this special place, not to mention the views! It is our dream come true to own a place on the beach. We've worked hard and are still a few years from retirement. Larry has been a physical education teacher, coach and athletic director for his entire career, 30 years being at a small private school. I am a GIS/Information Management Administrator for a small private water utility. We have 4 kids and 10 grand kids. We are so grateful to have this place and can't wait to share it with others, where we know memories will be made.

Why they chose this property

A year before we purchased this property, we had booked a stay in this complex. We had known nothing of it until that time. As we walked through the grounds, it felt like we were in Hawaii. The sound of the ocean, the breeze, the lush landscaping, and all of the amenities this place had to offer just blew us away. Little did we know that we would actually be able to purchase a condo in this complex. Through a turn of events, this unbelievable ocean view unit became available just as we were looking. The location is just phenomenal, conveniently located between the harbor and the pier and within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The complex also is about 45 minutes to San Diego or 45 minutes to Orange County by car. There is also a transit center within walking distance and you can hop on a train and spend the day in San Diego or other coastal cities close by, or, take the Anaheim Express and see a baseball game.

What makes this property unique

There is just nothing like coffee on the deck in the morning, watching the sea life, people strolling by, the incredible sights and sounds of the ocean! In the evening, it is very common to experience a spectacular sunset. It is just WOW.
