Shingle-style home set on a private flag lot creek view acre. Spacious 3000sq.ft. Four bedroom, four bath home is perfect for Summer entertaining. First floor you have a relaxed open concept kitchen and den overlooking the water. There is a separate formal living and formal dining room as well. Upstairs you have four large bedrooms, two ensuite. Outside enjoy a large area of green lawn and multi level decking for outdoor cooking and a heated 18’ x 36’ pool. There is an attached Two car garage that enters into the mudroom/laundry area.

A perfect vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Vivian and her home. Our family (all adults) stayed here for a week and there was not one thing I would change. The home is welcoming and clean with everything you could need. The grounds and pool were beautiful (we swam and played pool basketball every day!) and the deck was a perfect place to lounge with morning coffee. Vivian was so easy and to communicate with and such a kind and gracious host (even leaving us a basket of goodies as a welcome gift). Just 8 minutes from the town of Westhampton and close to both the Speonk and Westhampton LIRR stops and only 1.5 hours from NYC where we are based. A few of us were working remotely and were grateful for strong wifi service that extends outside. We have only good things to say and cannot wait to return, thank you Vivian!

Wonderful stay in Westhampton

Vivian and Stu’s home is warm and inviting. Everything we clean and well-groomed. Appliances and brand new, and the pool is laid into a deck with comfortable furniture all around. We’ve stayed at a handful of properties on Long Island in the pandemic period (since April 2020) and can say without reservation that this home was the nicest. These reviews are supposed to say what was good and what was bad, but really there wasn’t anything to complain about at all. Just a great stay. A+
