5 bedroom Private Family Get Away w/ Heated Pool

Private, spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath home w/yard for relaxing, entertaining & sports. In deck heated pool* w/safety fence - pool is open mid-May through mid-October. Huge kitchen, premium cable, wi-fi. Neighborhood ideal for families - long walks, bike rides, wildlife watching
Large great room with skylights includes open kitchen, dining & living; additional play room with toys & musical instruments leading to fenced yard, deck & heated pool *(you have the option of heating the pool, you pay for propane.) 1 bathroom downstairs, 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs, with small deck & stairs off of master bedroom. Laundry room & pantry off of kitchen. Gas grill for outdoor cooking, bikes, pool toys, kites, etc. Driveway parks 3 cars, also has basketball hoop.
Air Conditioning units in windows of bedrooms, and for living areas. House does NOT have central air, but stays very cool.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host Carrie was so helpful with local recommendations, directions, and making sure the house was stocked with enough towels and bedding for our stay! Beautiful property with a large backyard, pool, deck, and all of the amenities needed for a beach vacation. We hope we can stay at Carries again in the future, it was a perfect home base for our family trip to the Hampton’s over July 4th. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house had accommodations for babies through adults. There was space for everyone to spread out. We all enjoyed the pool and the big yard. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are already tss as liking about coming back next year.

Perfect for families

We were a group age 3 to 75! The house was clean, well stocked and things for everyone’s interest. Our host, Carrie, was kind and responsive. It will be a beautiful memory of spending time with our children and grandchildren.

Anniversary Celebration

We chose this property for its' location and pool and it didn't disappoint. Located in a woodsy area on a large piece of property about a mile from the town of Westhampton it gave us ample room to spread out and space to get together. The pool was equipped with all manner of pool toys and inflatables and we had beach chairs and umbrella to take to Cupsogue County beach nearby.

Perfect Summer House Rental

House was fully stocked with everything ( towels, games, pool toys, plates , condiments, etc) . Ample space to relax with group. . Super convenient to everything. Highly recommended.!!!

Perfect for Young Families

We went up with three other families and the house was perfect for our 4-5 year olds - they loved the play gym, basketball hoop, soccer nets, large yard, and room full of toys. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Even on a chilly weekend we all had a lovely time.

Had at great time staying in West Hampton Beach. Nice location in a fairly private setting (not too close to the neighbors). Living room and kitchen area are massive, plenty for room for the 10 person maximum. Host Carrie was responsive and polite, answering all questions in a timely manner. The pool and back yard exceeded our expectations!! If we end up coming back to to this area on LI this is a property we would stay at again

Beautiful Escape

Rented for a weekend as a base for my sister's Bachelorette party. Carrie left snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine for us, and was very responsive to messages and very friendly. You can feel the love in this house, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Our favorite was the music room/den where my brother and my sister's best friend took turns on the piano. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. I'd love to be able to return when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and barbecue!
