We just LOVED the house with its eclectic furnishings and various bohemian tchotchkes. There were six of us and the house layout gave us plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the kitchen-dining-living room open floor plan which was perfect when the rest of the local family came to visit and dine. The area is Hamptons at its best with oak trees, scrub pines and a gang of wandering wild turkeys for the nature enthusiast. The owner also had a ton of kid-friendly games, toys and books which would keep even the most finicky child entertained for hours.Communications with the owner was effortless and she responded promptly to our inquires. I would definitely recommend checking out this VRBO !

The host Carrie was so helpful with local recommendations, directions, and making sure the house was stocked with enough towels and bedding for our stay! Beautiful property with a large backyard, pool, deck, and all of the amenities needed for a beach vacation. We hope we can stay at Carries again in the future, it was a perfect home base for our family trip to the Hampton’s over July 4th. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic property that was perfect for our adult family plus baby. The house was very comfortable and homey and had a great open common area that allowed all of us to spend time together. The bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The pool area was really nice and there were lots of games, books, and things for the beach. The location is great. Tucked back in a secluded and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife (a groundhog hung out in the yard while we were swimming the first night we were there), but also close to the downtown area of Westhampton Beach. It was only 20 minutes to Cupsogue Beach, the best option for a beach as a visitor to the area. It is a large nice beach with a Beachhouse that has bathrooms, food, ice cream, a bar, and live music on some days. Carrie was an excellent host, communicating early on, and responding quickly to messages. She also offered lots of good recommendations for the area. We would definitely rent again if we were to ever go back to the area.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house had accommodations for babies through adults. There was space for everyone to spread out. We all enjoyed the pool and the big yard. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are already tss as liking about coming back next year.

Perfect for families

We were a group age 3 to 75! The house was clean, well stocked and things for everyone’s interest. Our host, Carrie, was kind and responsive. It will be a beautiful memory of spending time with our children and grandchildren.

Anniversary Celebration

We chose this property for its' location and pool and it didn't disappoint. Located in a woodsy area on a large piece of property about a mile from the town of Westhampton it gave us ample room to spread out and space to get together. The pool was equipped with all manner of pool toys and inflatables and we had beach chairs and umbrella to take to Cupsogue County beach nearby.

What a perfect home for a large family! From the beautiful yard full of flowers and a secret garden feel out front, to the amazing pool out back! Inside vaulted ceilings,lots of seating at the kitchen island and long dining table and most comfortable big couch ever immediately pull you in. Plenty of cozy, comfortable bedrooms, a huge assortment of books & games for all ages, and a big playroom loaded with fun made everyone happy and no one was ready when it came time to pack up and go home! Carrie was quick to answer any questions and was a very gracious host. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Perfect Summer House Rental

Perfect for Young Families

We went up with three other families and the house was perfect for our 4-5 year olds - they loved the play gym, basketball hoop, soccer nets, large yard, and room full of toys. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Even on a chilly weekend we all had a lovely time.

Had at great time staying in West Hampton Beach. Nice location in a fairly private setting (not too close to the neighbors). Living room and kitchen area are massive, plenty for room for the 10 person maximum. Host Carrie was responsive and polite, answering all questions in a timely manner. The pool and back yard exceeded our expectations!! If we end up coming back to to this area on LI this is a property we would stay at again

Beautiful Escape

Rented for a weekend as a base for my sister's Bachelorette party. Carrie left snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine for us, and was very responsive to messages and very friendly. You can feel the love in this house, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Our favorite was the music room/den where my brother and my sister's best friend took turns on the piano. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. I'd love to be able to return when it's warmer to enjoy the pool and barbecue!
