Ocean view/beachfront with balcony on its own private beach (Fort Lauderdale). Very well furnished, 1 king bed, 1 twin folding bed, table with 2 chairs, full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dinnerware set), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safety box and complementary amenities, including towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, coffee are provided. The place has a large heated pool, tiki sports bar/restaurant, pool cabanas available, new five star italian restaurant "Casa Calabria", SPA, fitness center ($20 day pass), gift ship, jewelry, and much more. The unit has a fantastic ocean view balcony with a table and 2 chairs where can enjoy a beautiful sunrise or rest from a busy and sunny beach day. Walking distance to many shopping plazas, Mc Donalds, Dunkin Donuts, Winn Dixie, Bank of america and more restaurants and entertainment. Valet parking $18 per day unlimited in and out, umbrellas and lounges chairs available for rent from hotel ($15 each), no charge for pool lounges. Coffee shop in lobby . Also you can enjoy the local activities, such as local free trolley, jets skis, paddleboards, kayaks, bike rentals, dive shops, water taxi, sports bars, nightlife entertainment, fishing pier, deep-see fishing and parasailing, just to mention some.
The property is located around 30 min away from Fort Lauderdale Airport and Port Everglades.

My stay was amazing!...my wife n I enjoyed our 15th anniversary at this location and it was as advertised...and I love the fact that you really dont have to go anywhere outside of this property or a 1-2 mile radius to experience or purchase anything that u would need for a beach vacation...and our host was outstanding!....great times and will definitely look to book this location again in the future

Fort Lauderdale Condo

The condo and the room was beautiful and right on the beach! We loved the Tiki bar, they had delicious food and drinks! It was convenient to be close to a Winn Dixie grocery store, souvenir shop and McDonalds all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

We really enjoy our short stay- wish we could have had more time. The unit was clean and quiet with a gorgeous view of the pool and beach. Amenities at the resort were very nice. It was close to where we were visiting friends.

Perfect Beach Get Away!!

Loved the Condo. Ocean view was perfect. Clean and cozy. 6 minute walk to Winn Dixie. Many shops and restaurants just across the street. The TIKI Bar sold me. Food was great and people were very fun! Met so many people by the pool and ocean that come back year after year. Will be back!!!!

Nice place

Beach items were provided so we didnt have to bring/rent them, which was very nice. Not very comfortable for 3 adults. (The rollaway was bad for my back), but would be great for two adults with a kid. Very close to great restaurants.

Nice view and room

The only problem was the entire cinpkex smelled like weed. I told the man at the front desk but it didn't help. I loved the apartment and the owner. If your ok with the smell of pot everywhere you go then you'll have no issues and a perfect stay.

Lovely condo, everything is like new. Only minor issues we're no real place to sit and read, no couch or easy chair. Also the elevator dings everytime it comes to this floor. These are minor issues.

Perfect for 2!

The place was perfect for 2 people. All necessities needed were supplied, bath and beach towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc.. What we did buy (didn’t need to but wasn’t sure, including a beach chair), we left for the next visitors. Check in and out was amazing, they take care of everything! There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella but they were quite rusty so I can understand those not being added with rental listing. Location was great, small coffee shop in the lobby was nice. There is a little boutique in the building but the lovely lady working would not let us browse around, she wants to shop for you, so we cannot review this part. We witnessed another couple attempting to look around who were pushed out as well but it did look like a cute boutique. The front desk attendants were very kind as well as valet. I would highly recommend this unit!

A little disappointed

We booked this property for an overnight stay after our cruise, particularly because it had advertised a washing machine. We had been on a cruise and the next day were heading to a resort, so we knew we would need to do a load of washing. The laundry is not in the apartment but a paid facility in the basement. The laundry requires you to pay 5 USD for a card with a nil balance and the minimum you can load is 10. So, for us, our 1 load of washing and drying cost us 26 AUD!! The host could at least provide a card for guests to use (or update the listing with these details). We did suggest this and were advised the laundry system had recently changed...but the signage and instructions in the laundry were old, so that was a disappointing response. The other disappointing factors were that the apartment does not have its own internet and it is hard to sleep due to noise. We contacted the host about the internet on arrival as the login details provided did not appear on the wifi list, and we were advised to use the free internet for the entire building. After a few hours of almost non existent access (between 1 and 2mps!) we contacted the host again and were given a password for another network, but still for the building (this was better, but top speed was 50mps and streaming TV was intermittent).The noise was an issue as there is a lift outside the front door, and no soundproofing. Great location, cute unit, noisy building.

The owner was great, the private beach was awesome. Unfortunately, the building is so old, the noise and pot/cigarette smoke from the hall seeps into the unit, mailing it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. You are right by the elevator, and will hear every ding it makes, and every person that gets on and off as if they are in your room. This includes when the bar closes at 2:00 am. Because there is only one service elevator, and it is directly next to your door, housekeeping camps out by it, and leaves all their bedding and garbage from the floor in front of it and that is essentially in front of your door. It is a non-smoking building, but other people did not get the memo, because the hallway always smelled like pot and cigarette smoke, and it seeped into our room under the door as well. It’s a shame because the unit is cute and the private beach is amazing, but the building will have to make some changes before I would rent a there again.

The apartment was very clean and updated. The location was perfect and the views were gorgeous. The only tiny negative for us, because we are light sleepers, was that the room is located right next to the elevator which was a little noisy. Thankfully we were able to use apps on our phone to drown out the noise and help us sleep

Location of the property was good. Right on the beach. The property and the building seem run down. The updates to the interior, like soft close drawers, are easy to overlook when all metal surfaces have some level of rust and the entire unit smells like cigarettes. The nightstands are way too short for the bed. There was an umbrella we thought we could use, but it was totally shredded. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and there was a nice sized tv. Overall, the unit and the property as a whole, look like they are poorly maintained.

Enjoyable Ocean front

This room was perfect for me and my husband, we enjoyed the everything about it. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast. The balcony was jus right the scenery was everything. It was nice and cleaned and had everything we needed inside to enjoy! We'll definitely come beck here. I didn't want to leave

Great property

Property was just as described. Very clean and extremely well supplied with a nice view. My husband and I stayed here with our teenage son for five days in April. The bed is SO comfortable. Even the pullout was pretty comfy. McDonald’s and Dunkin and beach supply store within very easy walking distance. The area is clean and upscale. Room is right beside a rarely-used elevator so it’s easy to get in and out. The resort is nice. More of a place for families with older children than young, I would say. Beach is lovely. You can rent chairs and umbrellas and towels from the hut near the tiki bar and they set them up for you. Price is affordable and you get a refund on the towels when you return them at the end of the stay. My son made friends and they spent time playing volleyball. Tiki bar is convenient for drinks and food but is a little pricey, of course. They will give you a bucket of ice to take on the beach if you want to purchase some beers or water and will refill it if you need more ice. The only detriment was that later in the evening the tiki bar got a little sketchy. We went down for some late night drinks and a snack and ended up taking it back to the room because it was uncomfortable for us to stay. The “we need to get out of here right now” type of uncomfortable. It was just unexpected and surprising since we had been having such a great time. Overall, the room is wonderful and perfect for a couple and in a great area convenient to everything.
