Perfect Rental for a Perfect Price

Way better than we expected!!! House was very clean and spacious, well equipped with everything we needed! Very close by to Arches National Park and Main Street. House is pushed back far away from main drag which makes it super quiet, which helped with putting the kids to bed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay, close to lots of activities

We stayed for 10 days. It was a quick drive to national parks and other attractions. We had two initial hiccups that were dealt with and fixed. The oven wasn’t working and a new one was installed and there were ants in the living/kitchen wall and traps were put down. The bedroom upstairs was a bit warm at night, but the downstairs was great to relax in after a long day hiking. The patio has many weeds growing and the grill worked great. The kitchen could use a pizza cutter and some grilling utensils. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Nice house

This was a great house for the 5 of us. Vacasa seemed confused about the pet policy which caused a great deal of anxiety, but the house was very dog friendly. Gas grill and lots of extras (spices, ziplocs, kitchen gadgets, laundry soap) were a nice bonus. Garage is tiny (car could fit but we couldn’t open the doors when we tried to park the truck), parking in the center of the cul-de-sac was very hard to see in the dark.

Needs attention!

We have stayed with Vacasa before in this community, but this property left a lot to be desired. There were flies in the patio door track, the front door was VERY difficult to open, nonfunctioning ice maker and the patio was unkempt and overgrown. Vacasa - we enjoyed our stay with you and will be back but not to this property.

We had a hard time getting in because the key codes were not correct, but we were able to get help. Other issues were the Wi-Fi didn’t work for half the week, and the gas in the fireplace leaked. The good thing is there was a contact person to be able to deal with issues. You would think with the cost of the place the bedding would be better. But all in all, it was a place to lay your head while you explored Moab.

Place was clean and ready

The condo was fine for what my husband and I needed. I appreciated that it was pet friendly with a sheet to cover the sofa, dog bowl, etc. to welcome my dog. The problem we did have was with to property manager. The code to the door didn't work the whole time we were there and we had to leave the door unlocked. We instructions for the TV were a bit confusing (to many controllers). Had to manually turn on the TV. Contacted property manager immediately and said they'd send someone, no one ever showed up. They said they did, but if they did they would of locked the front door and it was left unlocked just like we left it.
