Designed with a modern Southwest chic style and comfortable for a family or a group of friends. This townhome comes with two outdoor pools and a hot tub, a tennis and basketball court and an amazing view to wake up to!

This was a wonderful property full of amenities. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. There was such a huge variety of spices. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and blankets and the bathrooms all had plenty of towels and toiletries. Kent was very responsive. We would like to stay again next year when we go.

Perfect spot for our Moab adventure. Great spot just out of town, quiet, and beautiful with the rim rock view. Kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We visit Moab several times a year, this time we brought our niece and our 9 week old daughter. This town home was comfortable for the whole family.

Fantastic stay!

We were here over spring break and had a terrific time. The townhouse is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location. There are two bedrooms, each with a full bath. The lower level has a sofa sleeper (which my son says is one of the more comfortable he's slept on) and a half bath. We loved the Moab area and easily visited Arches, Canyonland, Dead Horse and the Salt Flat Rec Area. Would 100% stay at this townhouse again, our family (plus dog) loved it and was very impressed.

Awesome!

Great location to Arches and Canyon Lands. The townhouse was super clean and equipped for everything. We had planned for the national parks, but this place was so close to all the adventures in Moab! Wish we had more time to explore! The back patio was perfect with ample seating and grill. The pool area was awesome, loved our time there. We had a few questions upon arrival and Kent was so quick with responses, I would definitely come back and stay here. Thanks for having us!

Excellent Home Base

This property was comfortable and cozy for our week long stay in Moab. Kent was a fantastic host who always got back to me in minutes and even accommodated a last minute late checkout. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfortable, the living room was cozy (the TVs had Google Chromecast too!), and the backyard porch has a grill and table. There's a communal pool in the neighborhood complex. If you're a dog owner, there was a grassy area behind the property for their business. Would highly recommend this listing, will look it up again whenever we're in Moab.

This place has everything you need for a couple of days or weeks in Moab. The communication with the owner was great and they provide everything you need. The setup is very thoughtful and the cleanup/checkout wasn’t overly complicated. The location is convenient, though slightly harder to find at night and maps directs you to turn instead of going straight to the unit. This faces the highway so there is some road noise. The sheets for the king size bed were polyester, they were extremely hot. Other than that, this was a great spot and I would absolutely stay here again.
