Spectacular Ocean View From Every Room!

This modern, open floor plan vacation villa is located in the highly desirable EE section of Las Huacas, known as the "Beverly Hills" of Nosara, overlooking the Guiones surfing beach. It is near the end of a privately guarded, very secure and quiet, dead end, mostly paved road with no traffic or dust. The property is perched above everything, affording jaw dropping 180 degree ocean views and mesmerizing vistas of the jungle canopy below. The meticulously landscaped grounds have been designed for privacy and seclusion.

This home has huge ocean views from every room! It has been fully remodeled and interior designed with custom furniture including two beautiful kitchens and two living spaces. Both have oversized sectional sofas for entertaining and relaxing in comfort. There is a 75 inch flat screen tv and a full Sonos remote controlled surround sound system with 10 separately controlled speakers throughout the downstairs living area and master bedroom. Accompanying the TV are most of the streaming applications for your entertainment. But if you are like us, we just display surf/tropical images and listen to eclectic music throughout the house. If necessary, there are many areas around the house that are ideal for the ultimate place to work remotely but if the conventional set up is needed there is a desk and wireless printer.

The fully fenced in grounds are protected with a remote controlled security gate, combination safe, reinforced lockable pantry and is surrounded by 6 surveillance cameras which do not point into the House but do cover the pool area. All cameras are for security use only.

The master suite, separated from the rest of the rooms, has a king bed with an all glass wall that displays an epic ocean view with direct access to the pool and deck. The attached en suite bathroom also boasts an ocean view from the large walk in shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms also have huge ocean views and king beds. The fourth ocean view bedroom has three single bunk beds and a queen size bed as well as a 50 inch tv. You will wake up to the sound of the sea/nature and can check the surf from every room. You will love the beds! All King size beds have luxury pillow top memory foam mattress toppers and soft fluffy pillows. The upstairs bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms and a half bath. All bathrooms have imported tile and nickel plated plumbing fixture.

Downstairs the main living room has a 30ft wide, open concept glass doors that lead to a gigantic covered veranda and an outdoor living room. This overlooks a deep mediterranean blue, infinity pool, large enough to swim or just float. Every room overlooks a magnificent vista of the entire bay with a view of the surf and beach tide pools. Beyond the pool is the rest of the hillside property that extends 200 ft into a pristine jungle with fruit bearing trees such as avocado, mango, papaya, bananas, starfruit, jackfruit, and many other exotic species. Another rarity is that our grounds have grass lawns. On the hardwood encased veranda you will find custom imported teak/sunbrella furniture that will easily seat 10 people. Next to that, under this immense covered veranda you will find a king sized day bed, a sectional outdoor living room, a fully set up outdoor hardwood kitchen, built in gas BBQ with a bar and refrigerator. The deck also includes four teak and textile bar stools, three high end teak lounge chairs also finished in matching sunbrella fabric and funky cool solid wood side tables. To finish things off, the landscaping has been cultivated to give all day protection from the sun. This helps the house to stay naturally cool.

The indoor kitchen has an open concept gourmet layout with a gorgeous new granite center island and cooking counter with a double stainless sink and mahogany and textile bar stools. For cooking there is a brand new double stainless refrigerator with ice maker, stainless oven, microwave, dishwasher and high tech stove. Included is a huge assortment of hand made dishes, gourmet cooking tools, kitchen-aid mixer, blender, crock pot, toaster, coffeemaker, Rice cooker, and lots of pots pans etc. This kitchen faces an oversized custom three inch thick, single guanacaste tree trunk, family dining table that was struck by lightening before it was harvested. Take in all your meals while overlooking that amazing ocean view. Open the large 30ft glass doors and enjoy true indoor/outdoor living with two living spaces and two kitchens.

This incredible all encompassing view of the entire bay is truly one of, if not the very best, most romantic you can find in Nosara. Don't be fooled by trick photography or deceptive locations outside of Guiones/Nosara/ Surf Beach. This is it. The birds eye vista allows for the ocean breeze to flow thru the well ventilated house and keeps it cool year round. For additional comfort, every bedroom has it's own air-conditioned remote controlled system, however this is never needed during the day. In addition, every room including the veranda also have ceiling fans to enhance the natural ventilation and airflow. We have a gardener that comes three times a week. A house cleaning service included up to two times a week depending on length of stay. If you desire to have the house cleaned more often, we can see if someone is available at a cost. Once a week, we have pool service. If you don't feel like cooking there is a Conde Nast voted "Top Boutique Hotel in the World" right down the street and another around few blocks away. Take an easy stroll for pampered meals, cocktails, and if available, spa treatments.

If there are any issues, beyond ourselves there is a property manager available for help or guidance. Included with the house is a Fiber Optic WIFI provider. Plus we have installed commercial grade routers inside upstairs and down, plus outside of the home. The fully stocked laundry room has a washer, dryer, sink and vacuum. Lastly there is a large tropical themed outdoor shower to wash off the sand and freshen up.

This home is our "happy place". It is our pleasure to share this with all like minded, easy going people who love life and want to relax and chill.

No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating in a small village of a third world country can feel a bit tricky. once you book we will forward contacts for airport shuttles and insight to our favorite restaurants and things to do. For more detailed help like chef's, activities and reservations, we suggest a concierge service to assist you. Although we are affiliated with any of our recommendations, we have in the past had good experiences with all.

Our exact location is very private and will not be revealed until booking. If a specific location is desired, please ask questions. To be clear, we are not walking distance to the water. There are no places in Nosara with our expansive view that are. The best you will find are tree top ocean views in closed in compounds.
