Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $260 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This three bedroom four bath suite features living space; two queen beds; two full beds; two full beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Location is a 10. Coats hooks 10. The place is a hodgepodge of very outdated and mismatched randomness. Carpet is disgusting. It is actually two units, two kitchens, which was not made clear in the listing and which we did not need. Never even went into the other unit. Dire need of updating. Felt a bit like staying at a Super 8 in Vail.

The unit is comprised of two connecting units, owned by the same family. It is a 3-bed 4-bath unit. If you look at the pictures, it is clearly shown. If the unit was over the top redone, it would be priced that way also.

Good Location

Great location, however could do with a good clean inside and on the verandah - verandah didn't look like it had been given a sweep or clean for quite a while. Also would have been nice to have basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser - which in most short term stays these days is standard from my experience. Smelt musty and needed a good airing. Apart from that the property managers were great to deal with, very professional.

We rented this condo for the President weekend for 4 days. We had 4 sons (age 10-24). We loved the location because we could walk to restaurants, stores and ski lifts without using a car at anytime we wanted. It’s an easy 8-10 minutes walk to the ski lift. Even though it had 2 bedrooms, we still slept well because each bedroom had 2 beds in each room. It’s nice to have a kitchen and family room. We loved the hot tub. Best of all it had 3 bathrooms! It would be nice if the condo had good shampoo/conditions/soaps’ quality.

Family Fun in Vail Village

We stayed a week at this Villa Cortina property and had a blast. So close to everything, and plenty of space when we needed to do some work and hang around.
