Located at the top of Le Morne Morissot in Fort de France on a plot of 2800 m2, the villa Géco is a creole style house of 170 m2 with a floor and 80 m2 terrace. It dominates the city of Fort de France and the plain of Lamentin. It is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees. It has a swimming pool of 12 m by 6 m. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms of 17 and 12 m2 on the ground floor with its own bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. 3 toilets including two adjoining rooms.
It enjoys a plant environment in the heart of Fort de France ensuring peace and quiet with near the CHU Martinique, supermarkets and the airport.
However not being at the seaside it is imperative to take his car to enjoy the beaches of the island.
