Located just 3 blocks (10 minute walk) from all that Carolina Beach offers….the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. This freshly painted home features a spacious open floor plan living area with plenty of light and ample room to spread out. Notable features include hardwood floors throughout, an open concept kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops, breakfast bar seating in addition to a formal dining area with a large table, spacious living room with a 50” flat-screen television and DirecTV. The large master bedroom includes a private deck. Outdoors, the house has a screened-in porch, fenced-in backyard, outdoor shower, gas grill, and a large enclosed garage. Other noteworthy features of the home are free Wifi and a washer and dryer, and a Ping Pong table. Several bicycles are available, or bring you own to ride the Island Greenway or Carolina Beach State Park. You can enjoy books, games, and plenty of puzzles.

This was the third time we stayed at this property. The house had everything we needed, and is very comfortable for a family of five. We especially availability of the bikes, and walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants, and the beach. Nobody was staying in the house after us, and Steve suggested that we stay an extra day free of charge! We were quite happy to spend more time at the seashore.

My family and I enjoyed our comfortable stay and the easy walk to beach with our little ones. Home was very nice and in a very peaceful area. Our favorite was the screened porch right by living room/kitchen area, also the amount of bikes. Enjoyed bike rides with the while family, no one left out.

We loved our stay here! We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The living room and kitchen area was great to hangout in and very spacious. There were bikes in the garage that we were able to use an outdoor shower! Best thing was a sub 10 min walk to the beach and right near the boardwalk! Will definitely be staying here again!

The house was perfect for a quick get away. The communication was awesome! Easy no hassle check in process. Had three true bedrooms, with elbow room in the living, dining, and kitchen area. All the rooms and living space are on the second floor. The screened in porch was nice to relax on, in the evenings. Just a few block off the public access to the beach (easy walk & straight shot). We were actually there for a wedding at "Kindred Wedding Chapel", which was right around the corner, so it wasn't really a "beach trip". However, we couldn't leave without seeing the beach, which was about 3 blocks off the beach access. Parking big enough for four cars. Just a heads-up to bring your own sheets and linens, as these are not provided. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials.

We especially enjoyed the screened in deck and the real community feel so close to the beach. The younger boys really liked the manta ray playground at the lake. Great area for peaceful walks.

We had a great stay. There was even a baby gate and booster seat for our littlest kiddo. The walk to the beach was quick and the bikes were a hit with our big kids. Even with one windy day, we had plenty to enjoy around town and at the house. We cant wait to come back!

This was our 4th year staying here. It is an excellent location, close to everything. My only issue is the cleanliness. We had to clean up after the previous guests and ended up having to wash all the silverware in the top drawer, including the silverware tray because many were put away dirty, and the tray had questionable debris in it. The couches are in desperate need of replacement. They are stained and incredibly worn. I bring covers for them, so we don't have to sit directly on them. The entire place could really use a good thorough cleaning as well.

Winter weekend in Carolina beach

Great location and nice property. Was perfect for family with 5 kids. They really enjoyed riding the bikes and plenty of room for everyone to watch TV in the evening.
