This Bay Pine Villa Two Story Cottage has all the comforts of home with the rustic feel of the Carolina's. There is enough space for the whole family! It has an open floor plan with a screen in porch on the first level and a sun-deck on the 2 level. This unit has a screened porch with seating for 4 people. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This unit will sleep Ten. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Beach!!!!!

You enter the unit into a beautifully decorated foyer that leads to open concept Living room/ Kitchen. You have hardwood floors through-out. Kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, with indoor water& ice dispenser, dishwasher, stove and microwave. All dishes, pots and pans are also included. Living room has a sofa, 3 chairs and end tables and a Flat screen T.V. with access to the screen porch. The dining room is just off the kitchen with an open beautiful window that overlooks the wooded area and has Florida Pines, the table seats 5 people. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. The cottage is also furnished with a full sized washer and dryer & Ironing board and Iron

The guest room is on the first level, has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and each of the bunks also has a twin trundle to pull out so this room can sleep 6 people! This room also has a flat screen TV in it. Has access to guest bathroom.

The third bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and Flat Screen TV. This room has access to the screen porch and access to the bathroom.

Going upstairs to the Master bedroom, you will find a King size bed, flat screen TV, this is an en suite. The bathroom has a double vanity, shower/ tub combo, with a custom built walk in closet. The Master bedroom has access to the Sundeck.
Sundeck has 2 loungers on it, perfect for the end to a long day!

The screen Porch has 4 rattan chairs and rattan ottoman, outdoor lighting and ceiling fan.


*The cottage also offers a 6-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.

This property is managed by Sandestin Rental Management of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, so rental guests benefit from the resort amenities. After all, what would a resort stay be without some surprising little extras?
