Nice place.

The listing said it came with a golf cart but that was not the case. Cute place to stay in a great location.

We apologize for any confusion about the golf cart. It was removed due to damage in January 2022, so you might have looked at the listing prior to it being removed? Please do know that you were not charged for the use of the golf cart since it was not included in the listing at the time of your booking. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay at Sandestin and we hope to welcome you back soon! Warm Regards, Sandestin Vacation Rental Specialist

Great location

As advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Some maintenance needed on a few items but overall very good condition. Excellent location and quiet for families. Stone throw to the community pool

Very nice!

This property was better than I’d hoped for! I’m always a little leery of taking pictures at face value because they can be deceiving, but this cottage was nicer than I expected! Clean, and great use of space. All bedrooms had equal amount of privacy and space. Loved the screened back porch! Golf cart was handy for scooting around the resort. Will need to bring your own soap, paper goods, etc.
