Welcome to Bella Villa in Miramar Beach. Located inside Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, only half a mile from the Baytowne Wharf, you will find this location is fantastic! Whether you want to enjoy one of the 4 golf courses, the beach, the bay, fishing, shopping etc, this home is in the middle of it all! Park your car and take the golf cart anywhere in the resort you would like to go. With four spacious bedrooms featuring three queen beds and one king bed, guests will find plenty of room to relax. The four bathrooms include both showers and bathtubs, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. We have two different living room spaces to make mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We're also conveniently located right by the pool in Villa Lago. Whether you’re gathering for a golf trip, family vacation, or even a business trip, this home is perfect for you!

We fell in love with Sandestin about 10 years ago? There is something for everyone and of course the beautiful beach!

Why they chose this property

The homes are beautiful and it’s a quiet community. We’re right across from Burnt Pine and half a mile from the Baytowne Wharf.

What makes this property unique

Ours is one of the newer ones and is updated. We’re located right next to the pool too which is very convenient.
