This was a beautiful clean property with all the promised amenities. The location was superb with beautiful views, access to the ocean, beach, and pool. It was within a short driving distance to many restaurants and shops and not too far from the airport with a rental car. Everything was communicated clearly from the host and we will stay here again when we are back in the area.

We had an excellent experience at this property! The beach was easily accessible, we loved sitting on the balcony with the beautiful view and we even saw dolphins early in the morning. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and more. The unit was clean and smelled good, the beds were very comfortable. If we ever come back to Destin we definitely will be staying here again.

The location is excellent, the condo was aged, needed a deep clean and updates, the toilet in the master bathroom was usable but once flushed it would take at least an hour to fill the tank for another flush. The floor in the guest bath was constantly damp. The sliding screen door to the balcony was off the track. The coffee maker lid was broken. Otherwise the condo was roomy, furniture was comfortable, the view was spectacular. The condo manager seemed interested in taking care of the issues. A washer and dryer were located on each floor and it should be noted that they are coin operated.

We had a wonderful stay, The condo was exactly like stated on the website. Every morning I could see the dolphins out in the water playing. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing!

My girlfriends and I had the best time at our recent stay here from March 24 to 31!The condo had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom and even had some beach chairs for us to use!Not enough can be said about the amazing location being so close to the beautiful beach and a walk or Uber away from many wonderful seafood restaurants!We spent mornings with coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean waves!All was clean with ample amount of towels and bedding!Thanks for a wonderful experience!We will be back!!!

The view is great. My only complaint is 2 times during my stay I had men at my door with different maintenance request that I didn't ask for. I don't think you should have to worry about people being in you room on vacation with all your things in there. I paid them not the other way around.

Great location so close to ocean

Went end of Oct/Nov no one was hardly there. Great weather 80. The only thing I wish is that the pool was heated.Great restaurants near by. Friendly locals!
