3 bed 2 bath plus queen sleep sofa. Outdoor patio and plenty of parking. Large back yard and patio area with gas grill. Small pets may be considered with an additional cleaning fee. The property is just minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, the track, Sartoga performing arts center and a short ride to Lake George. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and one bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. A large living room with a queen sleep sofa.
