Discounts for off season long term rentals. Message for rates. Enjoy this recently updated lake home set on 3/4 of an acre featuring a large screened in porch with a smart TV. A finished basement provides extra space for family and friends to spread out. There is a private dock and deck space on beautiful Saratoga Lake. The home is just 10 minutes to the track and all that downtown Saratoga has to offer all year round.

Just a 25 minute drive to West Mountain to enjoy skiing and/or tubing. For the more seasoned skier, Gore Mountain is less than an hour drive. 10 minutes to downtown Saratoga for world class dining and shopping. This lake house is a cozy year round retreat to escape the everyday!

The space
This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living area with ample seating, open concept kitchen which opens to the dining and great room space, and a separate den/office space with views of the lake. A finished basement with a queen size pull out couch, chair, and large screen TV provides a separate living area and extra sleeping capacity. There is a dedicated laundry room off the kitchen.

A charming lake house feel with modern amenities such as new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, WiFi, 5 large screen smart TVs and much more. The Sunsets are spectacular!
