Use of community amenities; indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts etc - require a brief orientation with the Home Owners Association, and will be given a temporary fob at that time. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in, and I can put you in touch with the HOA.
