We invite you to book your next family get away . Entertainers - bring your bus , we have parking and hookups : ! We have everything you'll need to host a formal or casual dinner by the pool. It's a great place to gather around the dinner table, by the pool and on the veranda for your morning coffee. We feature a huge gathering room with an 80 inch screen and a billiard table, Gym and mediation room . Great place to get out of the office and into a space to think , brain storm or just hang out and get to know others in your company or soon to be family !!. Only 30 minutes to Nashville airport, 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville, Green Hills , Coolsprings Galleria, Vanderbilt and other medical facilities , and 10 minutes to Brentwood , Bellevue, and historic downtown Franklin. 5 minutes to Cheekwood , Bellmeade mansion, Ford Ice Skating Center, many parks and trials. Directly across from the street from the Harpeth Hills golf course and Steeplechase Equestrian center.
This is the perfect location for the Steeplechase, CMT awards or festival, Titans or Preds games or just taking in the beautiful sights and venues around Music City and or relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of that busy schedule. Daily rate is for up to 8 persons an additional $100 per night per guest over 8 up to 12. NO unregistered guest allowed on the property at any time . No parties or events allowed without prior consent and fees pay in advance. We reserve the right to decline at our own discretion. If a guest breaches our strict guidelines they will be asked to leave without a refund. Due to insurance requirement . RENTAL agreement must include all registered guest , signed and return to owner prior to arrival along with a picture of the primary renters drivers license . Thank you!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No about stripping the beds but please put all bath linens in the laundry room . Take out the trash , dont leave any dirty or clean dishes out and load and start the dishwasher please .

I have called Nashville home for the last 15 years but represented clients in the real estate industry for over 30 years: easily making it my forever home! When we purchased our home over 7 years ago I knew it would be a great place for our large family gatherings ,serving our community and church . I had no idea it would eventually turn into Music City Manor and host many multi generational family celebrations , icons , song writers, entertainers, Indy race car teams (winners), songwriters, corporate retreats, girls trips etc. Music City Manor was created as a hobby but quickly advanced to a full blown passion to host others seeking the peace and serenity I felt when I entered the front doors for the very first time! It just felt like she (MCM) gave me a big hug and said you are HOME! Glen and I take great pride in personally managing and preparing for each guests arrival . We desire for everyone to feel like it's their home away from home . When we are not sharing MCM with others we still call her HOME! We love spending time with our family and friends. We enjoy entertaining, boating, dancing like no ones watching , traveling , gardening ,anything outdoors and serving our community.
