Uptown Cozy Victorian

Welcome to "Uptown Victorian"
Walk to town in 10 minutes. Go to the library, get coffee, see a movie and have lunch by the creek. Now go visit the Mission and do some shopping before Thursday night Farmers' Market starts. We also have a great Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings in the Sprouts parking lot.
Jump on the freeway in a matter of seconds and visit Madonna Inn, Avila Valley Barn, and Pismo Beach. Don't skip Morro Bay to the North. It's a 20 minute ride up Old Hiway 1. Keep going to visit Cambria or Hearst Castle.
There is potential for traffic noise since the home is near the freeway off-ramp. (Not honking and screeching tires. Just cars)
I will be adding a door bell type camera in April. This will be the only camera on the property.
