You will stay in a bright, open-concept condo with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with granite countertops — an easy walk to the beach. Ocean Village Resort is located in a small barrier island, featuring first class amenities like pools with hot tub, sauna, gym, golf, tennis, pickleball, tiki bar, on-site restaurant.

Apartment amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and appliances. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Clean linens and towels. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are also provided.

The apartment is decorated with nautical colors, and tiled floors are used throughout.

The bathroom has been renovated with porcelain tiles, a walk-in shower with body sprays and a rain shower. The master bedroom is decorated with warm colors, the floor feature wood tones; the bed is a comfortable king-size.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. A Smart 4K, 55-inches TV with DirecTV cable, Amazon Prime TV and free Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment.

This place is fantastic. Pictures on VRBO are exactly as in person. Very clean, well equipped for your needs, even a first-aid kit. Just like being at home. Property, pool, tiki & restraunt was outstanding. Condo is 5 min walk to beaches & main clubhouse. I WILL be back.

Beautiful Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas! The property is unusually beautiful, well maintained, and full of wonderful palm trees, flowers, and foliage. The pond is wonderful, with a fountain during the day, and lots of birds. We sat by the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, and ate at The Inn... and we picked up food at the Tiki Bar - all food was delicious and service was great. We love the ocean and the beach - we explored several beaches south of the Villas along the Atlantic Coast - just beautiful. We had a wonderful experience - one of the best trips of all our trips to the ocean. We'll be coming back!

I gave this guest a 3-star review for cleanliness, but that was wrong, I confused then with other guest that left a real mess in another apartment. This guest was totally the opposite, they left the apartment broom clean, the laundry organized and even they took the trash with them. They are a great couple and I will recommend them to any host.
