Completely renovated South Hutchinson Island Beach Condo inside Ocean Village. Enjoy the best of Florida living with resort style amenities. This oceanfront community offers 24 hr gated security, 9 hole par 3 golf, lighted tennis courts, 4 heated pools, bocce ball, pickleball, shuffleboard, a gym, library, oceanfront restaurant, tiki bar by the main pool, and 21 miles of uncrowded private beach. Come to paradise you might never want to leave!

This 1/1 condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious family room with queen size sleeper sofa (for extra guest), and 65" flat screen smart tv as well as a brand new Nest Thermostat air conditioner. The master bedroom has a very comfortable California King size bed, 50” flat screen smart tv, and plenty of closet space. All linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and beach towels) are provided as well as Internet and WIFI. Just a short walk to the beach and cayman pool/clubhouse. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened porch/balcony overlooking the 7th hole of the golf course.

Unit is fully equipped for seasonal guests with plenty of dishes, pots, glasses and flatware. Beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and boogie boards are all available for use and can be found in the the unit's storage space directly in front of unit. Come and enjoy this tranquil paradise and get a taste of island life!

We really enjoyed staying at Kristin's property! I will miss my mornings there! I'm not sure I have stayed at a cleaner property. It was perfect for the 2 of us and I definitely will return!

What a beautiful condo! Everything is new, the kitchen & appliances are great , and missing nothing. Really beautiful bathroom too! Kristin is very responsive and so helpful - she even helped me find a tv channel I wanted! Good WiFi, and the location to the pool is fab. The onsite restaurant is really good with great views and a good Happy Hour. The island is ‘old Florida’ which was a refreshing change from the more developed areas we've visited. A definite must stay, as it’s conveniently located to many things

Birthday trip

We have stayed at Ocean Village for the last 4 years in June or July for a week to celebrate our birthdays. It's a great location but this year way too much maintenance and the large pool was closed and will be until 2025. We will not be staying next year. Also the common areas going out to the beach were not keep up and the vegetation was over grown around the area you rinse off all the beach gear. Not impressed at all this year

Great visit to Florida

The accommodations were perfect !! We had everything we needed. Loved the screened patio that had a wonderful view of part of the golf course. Short walk to the beach. Our host was very helpful checking in and helping with a brief question about the TV !! We would highly reccomment this unit.

Nice condo

This is a basic no frills condo but was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of fluffy towels, good water flow from the shower head. The porch was protected from the rain and always in the shade so never hot. Used it a lot. Ocean Village is well maintained with nice beach, beautiful heated pool, plenty of places to walk or ride a bike. We would go back.

Clean and Convenient

This property is as expected. We had some problems but they were quickly resolved. Thank you. The Golf Villas are smaller than the other one bedrooms we’ve rented in the past. Still sufficient for two people.

Nice place but some problems.

This condo has lots of plusses, pretty and comfortable. However, the kitchen is seriously inconvenient to use, mainly because of the placement of the sink which is difficult to reach unless you are fairly tall. Another problem was the Nest thermostat which is new to us and came with no instructions. The a/c has one high speed (too cold) and hard to turn down and there was no heat during a cold snap (in the 30's). It was new and the installer apparently didn't test it. We had to turn on the oven to keep warm. Our agent was attentive to the problem but could do nothing about it.

Hello, I regret that you did not feel completed satisfied with your stay. I will take your feedback into advisement. In reference to the NestThermostat it is a new unit and we have never experienced any issues before. Mother nature is fickle and sometimes new technology can be a little confusing. I apologize that the instructions I provided upon request along with the video sent on how to program the heater were not enough to make you all feel comfortable throughout your stay. I will leave written instructions to help ease any further hiccups.
