Walking distance to the Beach, Harpoon Hanna's, Fisher's Popcorn, water parks, water sports, putt-putt/miniature golf, spas, movie theater and many great restaurants! 15 minutes to Ocean City Boardwalk, 2mins to Fenwick Island & Boardwalk, 10mins to Bethany Beach, 24mins to Rehoboth Beach, 20mins to Dewey, Cape May, Chincoteague & Assateague Island are close by too! We are located in between West OC outlets & Rehoboth Outlets- shopping galore! Minimum Age requirement: 25

Great location!

Convenient to both Bethany Beach, DE, and Ocean City, MD. So many restaurants and activities all within walking distance! Jimmy’s Kitchen was great for breakfast! Lovely beach on the other side of the highway with option for umbrella and chair rentals, and porta-potties close by. We also kayaked in the bay with Coastal Kayaks, just up the road. We did not try out the pool, but extra benefit and nice to have the option. Living room furniture was attractive but worn and soft. Could be difficult for older guests to get up and out of. Mattresses were soft for me, but everyone has their own preferences. We didn’t cook in the condo, but it seemed to have everything needed to do so. Just enough room for two. You could sleep 4, but may feel cramped or crowded with 4 adults. I like my space! Thank you! We had a great long weekend!

Quiet location and nice pool

Great cozy condo. It was great for my husband and I. The price was great and we loved the location between OC and Bethany. Was very convenient for attending the Bethany Arts Fest. Great well maintained pool at the complex.

Cozy, Clean and Close to the Beach

This was the perfect place for me and my 2 kids! Not far from the beach, quiet and a pool! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!
