Everything updated new & gorgeous. 2 Bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with 2 comfy queen-size beds (2 NEW IN 2018 & 2 new in 2021), 2 big closets. & 65" Samsung QLED smartTV, 49" LG LED HD & 40" Samsung LED HD (See the ocean from your bed in the Master Bedroom) 2 luxurious baths with double sinks, marble & tile.

Open kitchen with newer appliances & breakfast bar for 4. Dining table seats 6. Even a Sub Zero Fresh Ice Maker in the chic Wet Bar! 16-inch tile everywhere. Corian counter-tops throughout. Living room has New sofa (2024) sleeps 2, 65" Samsung QLED smartTV & 2 Casablanca fans w/lights. 16 foot wall of mirror to see beach. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Washer & dryer in unit. Why they chose this property

We bought this condo because we felt we could make it the best on the beach. Ocean front buildings are the most desirable and 1352 sq/ft is hard to find in a 2 bedroom that sleeps 10. Our family wanted to use it but it has been so popular we have not been able to use it ourselves but 4 nights in the past year. We also own #393106

What makes this property unique

50 ft to the beach, lots of space, won't feel crowded, lots of light, everything quality and new, this is not your typical beach place. PLEASE READ THE GUEST COMMENTS.
