Welcome to Waters Edge's best- River Rest! Our home is located within the Waters Edge Community nestled beautifully on the Folly River 10 miles outside of Historic Charleston. Enjoy a short walk to the beach or relax on your private screened in porch, relish the sounds and views of the flourishing river and wildlife!

Waters Edge 120 is a beautifully outfitted 3-bedroom/ 3-bathroom town home which accommodates 6 guests. The first level is a garage from which you can access the house and a ground level patio that overlooks the beautiful Lowcountry marshlands. You may even travel lightly, the garage comes equipped with unparalleled amenities including 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks and life vests, ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrella, floats and beach towels for your use.

The spacious entry level has an open floor plan with a kitchen that features granite counter tops, a fully stocked kitchen, a relaxed dining area, and a spacious living room with plenty of seating. Also, on the first floor is a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bath.

The second floor includes two bedrooms and a laundry room. The master suite has a king bed, cable television, private balcony, bathroom with double vanity his and her sinks, walk in shower and a spacious walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 extra-long twin beds, cable television, DVD player and a full bathroom.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and carport. If you have a 3rd vehicle, guest may pay refundable deposit to get 1 extra parking pass for the first come, first serve overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

The home includes free Wi-Fi, parking for 2 vehicles, and access to the community pool. Catch your dinner on the private community pier while fishing and crabbing. Home is strictly not pet-friendly and non-smoking. Guest are required to be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent. Grilling is not permitted at the Waters Edge community. We're always here for you with office hours and an after hours, on-call property manager for emergencies 24/7.

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Just the perfect place to travel with family. We enjoyed having the pool and the back pier to fish from. It was only a short walk or ride to the beach, close to all the restaurants in Folly and only a short drive into Charleston.

The unit is even nicer than the photos! Right next to pool and a dock to water where you can take kayaks out or fish. Short walk to downtown and ocean which is nice being a little bit away from the craziness. Beautiful place!

This was our first visit to Folly and we were very happy to find it a convenient location to the pool, dock and short golf cart ride to the beach. Perfect location! Can walk to the beach and restaurants and then only a 20 min ride to Charleston! Place was full of all the amenities that you can think of. Only downfall is parking. Garage is real tight and only room for one extra vehicle so could not have additional friends in the area come visit. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach or into town.

Great place to stay. It's very clean and the beds are comfortable. You can walk everywhere and it's an easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There was a glitch with the door code but the property manager fixed it promptly. The bikes, as mentioned in another post, were in disrepair but the owner rented a couple of bikes for our stay.

Senior Trip

Stayed at Water’s Edge for my daughter’s senior trip - three best friends and moms. It was a good central spot for us to spend time at the beach and visit downtown Charleston. The house was clean, which is very important, and spacious enough for us to do things together, but also gave us our own space too. We didn’t have any issues, and enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we would have preferred, and at times of day with heavy traffic and no sidewalks through the neighborhood, we had to be alert. We made the walk each day,just planned accordingly.

This property aims to please. Very clean, bright and comfortable. The ping pong table was a huge hit and gave the boys something to do in the evenings. Loved the screened in porch overlooking Folly River, we spent our mornings and evenings talking out there. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Short bike ride or walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Only 15-20 minutes to Charleston. Definitely will book here again!

All about location with comfort and space as a bonus! Distance to shops, restaurants and beach were perfect and easy access to main road into Charleston! Loved being able to use the grill and enjoyed the screened in porch. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and plenty of towels and storage for everyone! Beds very comfortable and was nice to have three separate bathrooms. Ping pong table, pool right next door and bikes all a bonus, as well! Came out to visit with college girlfriends but now talking to my husband about making the trip! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Waters edge many times, and we have never been disappointed. I do think they need at least two key fobs for the pool and pier. We found ourselves “locked out” several times, when someone went first (and we try to leave phones in the condo). We had the A/C unit shut down one day, but response was fast.

Great spot! Nice quiet home with a super view of the sound. The only “hitch” was the fact that the remote for garage door was not available. This resulted in one of us having to stay in the garage while the other backed out the car. When the car was clear of the garage door, the person in the garage would press the wall mounted switch to close the door and the proceed upstairs to walk out the front door, lock the door then go down the stairs to get in the car that is now waiting outside the garage. This process was very cumbersome. Apparently, guests have left with the remote for the garage door one too many times, resulting in this consequence. This did not ruin our stay, but I would highly recommend allowing guests to have the remote and follow through with the charge of 100 for taking the remote at the end of their stay.
