The Martin Family, private, river front, vacation home is located along the most captivating stretch of the Folly River. THIS IS THE MOST SECLUDED PROPERTY ON THE ISLAND, 1/4 MILE DOWN A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY With your own dedicated, deep water dock on the river... and a short 2 block walk to the beach... you have the best of both worlds!

Enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of the beautiful Folly River while sipping morning coffee on the back porch... watching the birds on the water front dock. At the end of the day, relax with a cocktail and watch the most beautiful sunset anywhere!

Bountiful oyster beds that are easily accessible and unlimited fishing and crabbing, makes this getaway a fisherman's paradise. The galley style kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped to whip up a delicious dinner from the fresh catch and local produce available on the island.

The main floor includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The remaining 3 bedrooms,(2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 1 set of twin beds) share a full bathroom with bathtub/shower.

High speed internet is available. Bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVD

The host, Patrick, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is in a secluded location, offering privacy and peace. The dock was an absolute highlight, and, in my opinion, the best part of the house. It was a short 2-block walk to the beach, making it convenient for the beach. This is by for the best of everything Folly Beach has to offer. Really close beach access, bust nestled away on the Folly River with the perfect amount of privacy. The home is spacious & & geat for families. great for families. The pier is perfect for docking you boat, gathering oysters, fishing, crabbing, & enjoying the beautiful sunset. I will definitely be booking here again.

Secluded and Peaceful

It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. My son, my husband, and my father fished off of the dock the entire trip. They caught fish, sharks, sting rays, crab, shrimp, and even an eel. My mom, my daughter, and myself enjoyed staying around the house relaxing with the prettiest view. Quick two block walk to the beach and easy to get to center street for food. Patrick was easy to get ahold of and was great about giving recommendations. We will definitely be back!

It was all about the location

Four ladies “of a certain age” celebrated a birthday and this house was perfect for us. Very private and quiet surroundings. The views from the back porch were fabulous. It was nice be a little ways from Center street and the traffic, but still very close to everything we wanted to do (mostly shopping and eating). Had one minor issue and host was very quick to respond! Would definitely stay there again!
