This fabulous house boasts 3 floors with open floor plan - great room/kitchen/dining and 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Generous sized bedrooms plus great storage space. Natural pine flooring throughout, elevator from ground level to all floors for an additional fee. Kitchen with granite counters, gas range, stainless appliances and an abundance of cabinets and large pantry. Master suite on main level with large walk-in closet and luxurious bath. An additional 4 spacious bedrooms on 3rd level, all with walk-in closets, 2 with private baths and 2 with a shared bath. 1st level hosts large game room, 2 screened porches and pool in private courtyard. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. This house has all the privacy but still the best location on East Beach! Comes with free parking for four cars, two in the back and a two car parking pad in front of the home. Come enjoy Saint Simons Island with this one of a kind vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially liked the spaciousness of the house. Quiet area of neighborhood and close to several public beach access points. A 2.5 mile walk to the pier but a lovely one!

The home has so much space. The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The kitchen was large and allows for many cooks in the kitchen. Anna was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for having us!

50th Wedding Anniversary

Our family of 7 stay in this lovely home celebrating our 50th anniversary. As we checked in, Hurricane Debby arrived. The property manager, Anna was very responsive and helpful in advising us about the storm and a power outage. The home was spacious, and we had plenty of room While we were confined for 2 days. I would stay there again!

Beautiful and well-appointed home

We came down after Christmas with our grandchild and his parents. He swam in the heated pool and we had many fun meals in the spacious dining area. Kitchen has good cooking and baking tools. Beds are comfortable and all the rooms are open and sunny. The porch off the upstairs bedroom is nestled in the branches of the gorgeous old oak. Everything worked! Washer and dryer are new and efficient. The elevator is great for loading and unloading luggage. We did lose power during the big ice storm, but Anna, our amazing host, made sure we were comfortable and kept us posted on power restoration. Just as the icy rain began to fall, she sent us a goody basket of snacks and games.We can’t praise Anna enough! She was quick to respond to any queries and she kept tabs on us during the storm. In good weather, the short walk to Gould’s inlet was fun; you can hear the surf from the front porch. We highly recommend this great rental. East beach is the place to stay, and this house is one of the best in the neighborhood (we have stayed in 2 other houses in East Beach over the years ).

Great location to experience St Simons Island

This property provided a great backdrop for a family vacation. Having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple was key for us. The kitchen was roomy and was well equipped. The pool was relatively small but refreshing. The beach was close by (less than a five min walk) and was a perfect spot for seeing the sun rise. Our neighborhood was safe and relatively quiet. Shopping areas were 10 minutes or so away, as were several nice restaurants. The house location was also convenient for trips to Brunswick and Jeckyll Island. We recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet, roomy house with nearby beach access and shops and restaurants conveniently located.

Disappointing

Kitchen sink faucet broken (we tried fixing it best we could), dried food in kitchen trash can, missing kitchen counter knob, large water stain on kitchen ceiling, front door knob was broken, front yard unkept with weeds and leaves, no towels in bathrooms, moldy shower liner in one bathroom , stains on bed shams in 2 bedrooms, dirty throw rugs in queen room and basement, Jack & Jill shower drain clogged and unusable (our guests tried their best to clear it), pool was unusable with debris and cloudy water, basement area had not been cleaned, no outdoor trash cans, The owner did send cleaners to re-clean the house and they did a wonderful job and brought us towels. However, for the rental rate we paid, the cleanliness and upkeep of the house was very disappointing. Would only recommend if the owners did an overhaul on this rental.

Hello, We are sorry to hear of your unpleasant stay at this lovely home. We pride ourself in keeping this property absolutely beautiful, with a strong repeat renter history. This home did have a small leak in the ceiling, after a storm on the island two days prior to your stay, which has now been repaired. We choose to repair if after your stay to avoid any inconvenience to your family and to avoid unneeded contact during COVID-19. Concerning the cleanliness of the home, we are always willing to send our cleaning staff in to clean and provide extra linens to the facility to meet the standards of any guest. The linen staff leaves all towels and extra linens in the laundry room so we apologize and will start placing them all in every bathroom, since they were overlooked. The lawn and pool are maintained weekly without issues in the past and weekly pictures are emailed to us, for proof that our standards have been met. In fact, a new fence was placed on the property the morning before your arrival. The owners of this property do an excellent job of home improvements every season in order to meet our standards of cleanliness, appearance, and accommodation. Our goal is to provide our guests with the most relaxing and enjoyable stay during their time with us. Anything less, we ask all guests to please reach out to us so we can accommodate you as best as possible. We do appreciate your response and allowing us the opportunity to improve our rental experience for guests in the future.

A charm house surrounding by the natural beauty of St. Simon Island.

Nice house in a charming neighborhood. Very well decorated with a touch of good interior design. Very spacious interior with high ceilings. A magnificent live oak tree at the front and gorgeous swimming pool at the back. Close to the beautiful beaches and the sound on the other side. Nice neighborhood with well taken care houses and gardens. St. Simon Island is a place to explore and visit again and again. Highly recommended. Worthy to stay and visit.
