We grew up in this area and wanted to own property here when we came back to visit. We continue to add amenities and improve the interior on each visit. No improvements needed on the beautiful view and great location. Come and visit!

Why they chose this property

We love Ormond Beach. We liked the convenience of being across the street from the Publix . We also liked that it was smaller than the other high rises and it has plenty of parking. We liked the no drive beach.

What makes this property unique

The beach is no drive and quite private. It has a great location, across from a small shopping center and close to many good restaurants.
