There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or vaping allowed. We monitor this at every checkout. There will be a $1000 fee for any smoking noted.
Please be prompt at checkout. Please leave the parking passes (2) , and garage opener on the counter. Put dishes in dishwasher and start.
No shoes/sand in condo.Please rinse /dry items prior to putting them in the condo.Be careful to not scuff the walls, and turn on fan while showering.

My husband and I live in Michigan. However, I lived part of the year here in Volusia County growing up. I love the area! We just purchased this condo and posted it on VRBO. We are looking to make your vacations as peaceful and wonderful as it can be! The oceanfront condo is breathtaking. We know you will enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

There is plenty to do here in Ormond Beach, but not as touristy as some of the other areas. Downtown Ormond has alot to do, and there are shopping and restaurants here within walking distance. There are plenty of parks, nature/bike trails, and the beach is absolutely breathtaking. It's on the no drive part of the Atlantic Ocean. Flagler Beach is 15 minutes north, and is a great place to visit also, with many shops and oceanfront restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Quiet, updated condo, close to restaurants. Shopping is across the street. March 2022. There is a brand new mattress in the master bedroom, based on one review's suggestion. We also have Roku as well.
