Nice relaxing place to take the whole family. Great beds, games and books to read, plenty of space to cook.
We had family members from 2 ys old to grandparents. Everyone had fun!
Stayed here while one son was on a backpacking trip. Very clean, quiet and just as described. Short drive to Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Nice property, excellent hosts.
The place was everything we expected and hoped for. It's secluded and the ponds and trails on the property were great. Very comfortable for our family of 4.
Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t walk as much as we wanted to on the property. Did see deer and a turkey as well as the horses and cows.
Kitchen was well stocked, great selection of games. We met the hosts and they gave us tips on what to see, do and where to eat.
If we had a cabin, I would want one exactly like this one. We had a nice relaxing weekend with our grown children. The cabin was very comfortable with enough space for everyone. We enjoyed taking walks around the property. The kitchen was equipped well and we cooked all of our meals easily there. A great big treat was a warm loaf of bread delivered to us. We will stay here again for sure.
This cabin is super adorable! When we arrived we were given some fresh baked bread. Our kids loved this treat! The cabin was just perfect for us! It has 2 bedrooms and a huge loft area with more beds. The kitchen window overlooks the 2 lakes on the property. Wonderful owners as well! I want to go back and so do my kids.
The property is HUGE. So much nature to look at right outside the kitchen window. Two ponds. Horses & cows walked through the land & we were able to visit with them. Walks with a creek to follow & paths to explore. After our daily return each day from my grandsons hockey camp it was a peaceful place to make our dinner, watch the sunsets, and get our sleep. It was VERY nice.
This property was a perfect fit for us in every way. We loved the location, the country feel and the property. The home was just what we needed for our family and we did not find anything to be lacking. Our only request would be to put some screens in the upstairs windows.
Thank you Jilian, you are a super host! We absolutely loved the property. The cabin is in a perfect location to enjoy cda lake and surrounding areas. We highly recommend to anyone who is looking to enjoy the outdoors in a beautiful location with peace and quiet.
This little cabin sits on 120 acres and has lots of room to hike, including two ponds. It's just 10min from Lake Coeur D'alene so it was super convenient for our group to get to the lake every day. One thing to keep in mind if you stay here is that groceries/shops/food is a solid drive away, so come with what you need.
We had an amazing time in this lovely, cozy cabin ☺. Beautiful scenery and wonderful hosts. Jilann is such a sweetheart! Definitely will be back with the kiddos!
We had a wonderful time! Jilann and Dave were friendly and very helpful. The property is gorgeous, and the cabin is bright, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed time on Lakes Coeur d’Alene and Heyden, as well as a fun visit to Spokane.
We were greeted with warm, fresh bread in arrival. The drive in is a beautiful transition from the more urban environment of Spokane from where we came. The location was very private and quiet. Be sure to come with groceries though, as restaurants and full service groceries are about 30 minutes away in Spokane or CDA. Still both are a relatively easy commute. We enjoyed Raptor Reef and Silverwoood easily with the kids. The house had enough beds for all 5 of our kids and the most fully supplied kitchen I’ve seen with Vrbo yet! We loved the property and our teens were waking early to go down to the pond and kayak and canoe. Dave and Jilann were wonderful, helpful hosts! We definitely want to return for longer again soon.
We were greeted with a freshly baked loaf of bread and butter, and a guide of the property and Coeur D'Alene. Dave and Jilann were very friendly, and the property has plenty to keep everyone busy. A must-stay for anyone who needs a break from the rat race.
My family and I had a wonderful experience. We came to enjoy all the sun and activities that Couer D'lane and surrounding towns had to offer. This little piece of heaven is away from the city but only 20 short minutes away from town.We enjoyed the quiet and solitude and the peaceful views. We took several small hikes through the property and saw a few grazing deer. The cabin comes with all the nessecities you will need for your stay..clean bedding and towels..town. conditioner..kitchen appliances and accessories..condiments etc. The owners greeted us the minute we arrived(loaf of homemade bread in hand 😋)...they were courteous and helpful and so respectful of our time! This place is awesome and we highly recommend!👌

My husband and I moved to our property in 2018. It was our dream place. We love it here - the beauty, peacefulness, and privacy, yet easy access to town. We love the little cabin on our property and are excited to share the beauty of where we live with others who would also appreciate it! Come visit us!
Why they chose this property
We wanted a place where we could "get away from it all", raise animals, but still easily get to all our activities in town and the many different things we are involved with.
What makes this property unique
The beauty of the land is what we fell in love with. The gorgeous ponds, the plentiful pasture areas, yet secluded amongst our own little forest. We have it all!
