Discovery Bay Deep water home near launch and marina.


Not your typical vacation home. 2bd 2ba single level duet on Marlin Dr. Totally remodeled this home featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, spacious deck and dock . You can side tie to the 36ft dock. Side yard features putting green, outdoor TV, Lynx BBQ, 3 kayaks newer and clean patio furniture with a 10 minutes' drive to fast water. No kidding!!!
You can even paddle or boat over to the Chandlery or the Boardwalk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Steak House is just minutes away by car also. This home offers a terrific water and hill view, but not the hot westerly sun. All cookware, towels, sheets, etc included. Wi fi internet and Xfinity TV too! Come and enjoy the Discovery Bay life. We did and that is why we bought. NOTE: this home is not your typical rental. We would appreciate it if you would take care of it like your own. We look forward to seeing you!!
NOTE: When securing a date please expect to return a short application and copy of your ID or driver's license within 72 hours. Additionally, we have a Nest doorbell and Nest rear camera facing the deck/dock. Please be aware this camera is not monitored but it does record for liability purposes.

Perfect place for our family to gather for a wedding. Wish we had time to take advantage of all of the amenities the house provided (rafts, SUP, BBQ, and more). Such a pretty setting and the house is very well-maintained.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

This property is one of the best kept properties that I have had the pleasure to vacation in. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including the kitchen which was well stocked with the essentials. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home and it shows. Small but low maintenance, with lg deck and dock. Easy location to enter and exit Discovery Bay.

Why rent this property? Most of your day is spend outdoors. Why pay for a big home when all you mostly do is sleep in it. Here you can do that, play outdoors and pay less. Plus its a nice clean and modern home. Great for a home base when looking to travel to Yosemite, the Napa and Livermore wine areas, the sierra mountains etc.
