Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collapse any open umbrellas and secure them
Return the Paddleboat to its dock and Paddle Boards to the dock and secure them
Start a load of white laundry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children are to be supervised at all times and kept water safe. The home is on the water and there is no lifeguard.​ Lifejackets strongly encouraged
Keep voices and music down between the hours of 10 pm - 8 am. Abide by all Boating Laws and Regulations including NO WAKE Zone at all times
Smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping of any substance or illegal drugs are not permitted inside the property at any time.
