Great quiet place to unwind

I love the view at this property overlooking the sea. It has lots of places to go like the beach, hot tub and swimming pools. Security does a great job too. I go as a single person and I feel real safe here. Rafael is a good host and has always answered when I needed information.

Very good stay but could be even better

Condo was spacious, clean, comfy, and at a very good price. Excellent security staff was very friendly and professional. Condo has very good bones, but much-needed maintenance (light bulbs, toilet seats, shower heads, patio/balcony) and updates (cookware, dishes, stove) would help it match the superb view and location. Like noted by a previous reviewer, the tap water (especially hot water) had a very strong sewer-like smell on our check-in. It improved a lot the next day (whether something was fixed or all the stagnant water was flushed out with use) but still had a slight odor for the rest of our 7-day stay. Towers 3 and 2 looked to be in quite better shape than Tower 1 where we stayed.

When we arrived the water inside smelled like sewer water. The smell was so bad I vomited. When the property manager came the next day we were told the unit hadn’t been used for four months. We were charged for cleaning. If no one had been in unit for four months I assure it was not cleaned before we arrived. The dishwasher did Not work the entire stay. Dishes and pans are in poor condition. Patio furniture consisted of one very dirty chair. Windows were filthy. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing.

Beach gets in your soul.

I love staying here. The view is amazing and the private beach is so quiet and active with wildlife. I love that it has 2 pools and an indoor hot tub. Great place to stay for r & r.

I highly recomend it to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful place to stay in Rosarito.. the only thing I didnt like is that the owner didnt answer our messages when we requested the wifi password and we had no connection for 3 days.. other than that is good!!!

Beautiful views! Relaxing, and ever so comfy condo. We enjoyed everything about this condo. Very short walk to the beach, and a short drive into the city. We will defy stay here again.

Amazing stay

This is the place to stay if you are in it for the views. It was absolutely the best view I’ve ever had. The condo itself has its issues. I don’t kids or drinkers would be a good choice here. Also appliances and fixtures don’t work the best so it’s not top of the line, but totally functional for a beach loving person/s. I loved it so much I rebooked before I left. I had no contact with the owner, when you get there your giving contact with the security team so you feel very well cared for.

We had a very peaceful time here, everything was great, had a little problem with the internet one day, but overall is a very nice place to vacation. THE VIEW IS AWESOME. I would like to suggest about the kitchen pots and pans, for sure they need to be updated, just to be safe I will advise to bring your own. 🙏❤️😍We highly recommend this condo, it is beautiful.

Rafael was very easy to communicate with and the property was amazing. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the basic needs, although the pots and pans could stand to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stunning Views all around!

The view was absolutely stunning - floor to ceiling glass through-out including the main bedroom - it was just spectacular to wake up to! I had a few issues over my 16 day stay but they were handled very quickly by Rafael. He was also excellent in his communication and response. I didn't give it 5 stars for cleanliness - I am very OCD when it comes to cleaning and am hard on folks. Generally speaking - it was very clean. If the windows were cleaned and the screen doors going out to the patio were also cleaned along with the tracks of the sliding door (dirt kept blowing in off the tracks when I had it open and that was most of the time) I would give this place 7 stars - this was my own OCD issue lol. I would definately return here and plan on a month stay.

Valentine’s Day Stay

Location is about 15 min away from Rosarito papá and beer. Between popotla and puerto Nuevo. Hotel is a bit outdated no Bluetooth connection, bedding and decor is a bit old not modernized at all. View is amazing. Overall very spacious and comfortable. One feels safe. Pool and spas are off limits. Access is very easy and guards are super helpful as well as the owner. Would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The unit was sparkling clean and the grounds are well kept. At 1400sf this condo is massive with it's open floor plan and balcony that wraps around 2 sides. I reccomend this condo to anyone looking to spend time in Rosarito. It's just a short drive to Tijuana.
