About this property

Brand new luxury condo right on the beach with amazing sunset views

Brand new condo in the luxurious Las Olas Mar y Sol (not Las Olas Grand) in northern Rosarito, BC. Large condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, fire pit on the large balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Our complex is right on the beach where you can swim and surf steps away from the building. The complex has three pools, eight jacuzzi’s, a gym, a sauna and bbq grills on the beach.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
