Welcome to Lani Kai 127! This cozy two-bedroom condo sits right across the street from Alabama's sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features updated furnishings, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy making a home-cooked meal in the condo's full kitchen with plenty of seating for dining with the family. Whether you are enjoying the AC inside or relaxing by the complex's shared pool you are sure to find a little 'R&R' at this condo!

This condo is very centrally located and is close to a variety of shops and restaurants. It's only one mile and a half to Escape House Waterville and five miles to the famous Gulf State Park Pier. The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo is only two miles from your door. Do you and your friends enjoy the outdoors? Then head one-mile northeast to Wade Ward Nature Park and enjoy the beautiful natural wetlands and wildlife, including otters, pelicans, and sometimes alligators.

I came down to spend the weekend at the beach to celebrate two of my daughter’s birthday. The place was really nice and felt clean. The beach was just a short walk and I liked that there were separate pools for families and adults. I wish we could have stayed more days and I would surely stay there again.

The condo was very close to everything we wanted to do, it was quiet, clean and roomy! I loved the front patio and the light it let in, the view from the back door was absolutely stunning in the morning!! I will stay here again!

Perfect get away stay!

Me and my sister stayed here for a concert at the wharf and it was perfect! Not a far Uber trip and was able to walk across to the beach the next morning. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Economy Level Stay!

Cozy, clean and updated condos! Would definitely stay here again if on a budget. Also, other people say the bed was lumpy but I loved it! The master was so comfortable in my opinion!

This was perfect for our getaway. The location was fantastic. Check in and check out we’re easy. One small maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. Property management was superb. We would definitely stay here again.

Great gulf shores stay

This house has a great location that is central to eateries and the beach. We just had to cross the street to access the beach and this was quick and easy. The house was clean and great size. The beds were a little too squishy/plushy for my liking but clean and comfortable nonetheless. The linen closet with plentiful towels for the stay is behind the bathroom door when it’s opened so this was initially tricky to find. Overall great stay.

We loved our stay and thought the condo was comfortable and clean. I would suggest supplying cleaning supplies to properly wipe down counters, table and stove. We like to clean throughout our stay and that would have made it easier. The towels were thin and rough. All in all we truly enjoyed the area and accommodations.

GREAT FIND!!

We stayed for a travel ball tournament in May 2024, and it was ideal for our family of three. The beds were comfortable, but the living room couch was not. Cleanliness was a 4 out of 5 because of some housekeeping issues in the kitchen. A heads-up about the stairs leading to the unit: there aren't many, but they are quite steep. A side note: use the crosswalk at the traffic light to access the beach. Overall, those were our only complaints, and we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this condo the Sunday night of Hangout Fest. It is a great location, only 5 blocks from The Hangout! We arrived at 4 to very sandy floors, dirty dishes, and it was unclear if the sheets were washed so we washed them ourselves. The balcony door handle was also broken upon arrival. The property manager stopped by right as we got there and told us she had a feeling the cleaners didn’t do their job. We messaged the property owners through VRBO a few minutes after she left when we realized the extent of the uncleanliness, as that was our only option of contact and we never received a response. We understand the festival season is a busy time and things happen, but we are disappointed in the lack of contact and cleanliness.

Lani Kai #127

4th yr @ Lani Kai & 2nd yr in #127 (2022 & 2022). It’s our favorite condo because it’s so comfortable. We love that the balcony faces the water because the breeze is wonderful & we truly love the big window in the living room which only like 4 condos @ Lani Kai have. We always have a wonderful time and will continue to visit Lani Kai each yr with hopes that we can get #127 each time. The owners of #227 were in their condo this week (7-31/8-5-2022) and they were very inconsiderate. They would walk very hard like stumping, moving furniture, dropping stuff, kids running & jumping. We have never had this problem before at Lani Kai but because we love the place we made do. Hopefully that next yr we won’t have the same problem!

Had a very nice time, felt at home, in Gulf Shores for a family get together. There were some wasp nests at front door and landing of stairs. Called, Vacasa and they promptly answered and said exterminator was coming. Would stay again
