Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the location, but we are very sorry to hear about the condition of your unit upon arrival and the experience you had with cleanliness. This is not the standard we expect or strive to provide for our guests. Your comments regarding the kitchen, bathroom, and overall cleanliness are deeply concerning, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and feel the need to clean the space yourself. We will be addressing these issues immediately with our housekeeping team and property management to ensure a thorough review and corrective action is taken. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so they can be properly addressed.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the air conditioner but are glad we could promptly work with you to upgrade your unit at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for the opportunity to make your stay more comfortable. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a seamless visit!
