Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2nd-floor unit located in the gated community of Colony Club at Drakes Landing with access to a swimming pool, tennis court, a clubhouse, fitness center, pond, and barbecue area. Very nice community and a quiet location away from the noise and traffic.
Complete with a newly redecorated interior and furnished balcony, you’ll have everything you need to have the perfect Alabama vacation! Only 4.5 miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast and close to golf, shopping, Waterville water park, the OWA amusement park, and the brand new zoo.
The master bedroom features a new King-size bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 brand new Queen beds with new comfortable mattresses and also includes an attached full bathroom.
The updated living room has a Sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress. In all the unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people.
Enjoy granite countertops, fresh paint, and coastal cottage style furnishings in this inviting home. The open living area boasts a flat screen TV, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table set for 6. Additional seating for three at the kitchen counter.

Conveniently located near The Wharf and the parks at OWA (about 12 minutes to each), this clean and beautifully furnished condo was easy to access, with plenty of parking and a first-floor location—no elevator. Unfortunately, there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker, so my husband had to make a late-night store run. There also wasn’t a clean sponge for the sink, and the bed in the main bedroom was a bit squeaky. Overall, we loved the location and the condo, and we would definitely stay again.

We live in North Georgia near Atlanta but we love vacationing in Gulf Shores and have been coming here for years. We finally decided to purchase a property so we could enjoy it more often. We are so glad that we did. Now we want to share this wonderful property with others when we are not able to be there. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Love the quiet neighborhood and out of the way location. Yet still very close to the beach, shops, and dining. Nice to be able to go to the beach during the day and then escape to our peaceful condo in the evening away from the crowds and traffic. If this is what you enjoy then you will love this spacious condo with the updated furnishings and fully stocked kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you don't want to go out.
