Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen: kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine… as well as a comfortable high table for two people.
- A living room/sleeping area overlooking the courtyard, fitted with a double bed (160x200) and a cupboard with a wardrobe.
