Welcome to TY SAUVEUR ! A very nice apartment of 38m2 located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the historical center of Rennes. Equipped and decorated with care, the apartment will welcome you (1 or 2 persons) for a professional stay or a personal visit on Rennes. Sheets and towels provided, Wi-Fi included, Nespresso machin, beds made upon arrival.

This accommodation has an incredible charm with its high windows offering a magnificent view on the Saint Pierre cathedral, its beams, ancient parquet floor and high ceiling. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly and gives a bluffing result.

The apartment consists of an entrance, with separate WC, a large living room equipped with a flat screen TV, a hifi stereo, a wireless Internet connection. Adjoining the fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher, washing machine, kettle ....), a dining space will allow you to lunch in front of the bell towers of the cathedral. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and upscale bedding. It opens onto a small but very nice bathroom (with shower) .

You are in the very center of Rennes, the old medieval streets surounds you. It's the best place to stay because you can do anything here with no car.
In the heart of the historical center of Rennes, beautifully preserved. You are here in the pedestrian streets that were not touched by the fire of 1720. It is the heart of the city. You are 2 minutes walk from the Place des Lices, the town hall and the Parliament. All shops and restaurants are nearby.

The accomodation is 5 minutes walk from the Metro and Bus (Republic station).
Rennes railway station is 15 minutes walk or 2 metro stations (République or Sainte Anne station). Rennes-Saint-Jacques Airport is a 20-minute drive away. Buses can take you directly from the airport to the Republic station.

Jolie appartement ancien

Jolie appartement décoré avec goût et très bien pour un weekend. Le plancher est très penché donc je ne le conseillerai pas pour un long séjour. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rennes à pied

Lovely little apartment in a great location

This is a cute one bedroom apartment in a great location, just behind the cathedral and one block in either direction of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The bed was very comfortable. It has the smallest, most efficient sink and shower room I have seen with a separate toilet room. The street outside tends to get busy and noisy in the late evening, so bring earplugs and that should help dampen the voices. Rennes is a beautiful, very walkable city and this apartment is centrally located.
